First time in Bansko and I was so glad we stayed here. Our first choice was Dedo Penne, and they had an issue so they moved us here. I am so glad they did||||Friendliness||||On the first night we thought that maybe the people could of smiled more. After speaking to them we realised they where only worried that we where unhappy ( and thought we would snap at them at some point lol ) about being moved from one BnB to another. Once we told there was no hard feelings they were more at ease. They don't speak the best english, but they speak more english then I do Bulgarian and they were all very humble and receptive to our needs. ||||As this BnB is situated in the old town ( trust me, this is where you want to be ) you don't get tonnes of the touristy leeching people around you. You get to take in a little bit of plain ol Bulgarian friendliness. ||||My gf had hurt herself one evening while skiing. The owner upon hearing this, insisted on taking us to the local "baths/natural springs" which is said to be very good for the body. So we jumped into his people carrier ( I later found out he also does airport transfers, which I wish I had known earlier! ) and he took us a few miles out of Bansko to this little retreat free of charge!!!! ||||Bedrooms||||The rooms are indeed very clean, and as we had our balcony we could always pop out for some fresh air and appreciate the life around us. It's not on the main road so we always had a good night sleep. There is a church in the vicinity but we heard nothing when we closed the windows and doors.||||The restaurant||||Food is lovely and cheap. You never have to wait long and the portions are generous, healthy and enticing. It was so good that every night I had to try something different, as there was a very small possibility that I was going to be let down. We had eaten at a few places during our stay, but we always found ourselves coming back, and bringing others back here. ||||Location||||There are going to be other places which will be closer to the gondola, and the problem with that is simple. The closer you get, the more leechy and touristy the area is, and the less cultured it is. The area where this BnB is situated maybe perceived by some as a long walk ( we talking 10 mins at a lazy pace ). If that is you, they will organise a taxi which costs us around £2 a morning. Yes, we did have some lazy days!||I personally would not change the location. After a long day of skiing, you want a nice place to relax and knock back a few drinks and you have a few different taverns ( pubs ) to choose from around this area. Drinks are cheaper here, and so is the food. Win win in my books!||||We went to Bansko in March 2013, and although it's now January when I am writing this review I just need to point out a couple of things.||||I don't normally write reviews||I may have been busy but it was always on my todo list to come back and share this places with like minded peeps.||When I go back to Bansko ( maybe in march again ), this is where I will be staying!!( This time I am...
