Uniqato Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Bansko

A small hotel above a big restaurant...I think the hotel is the secondary business in the building......the hotel have the same entrance with the super busy restaurant Victoria . the lobby is very small because of the restaurant and at evening it is full of restaurant clients waiting to be seated..... the rooms are big and clean as the pictures and noisy because of the restaurant.....we stayed at the second floor and the most of the time you can hear heavy chairs moving especially between lunch and dinner and late night before they close .....the breakfast is served also in the restaurant and is ok....the ski room is without lockers ...the spa center is small and basic without any relaxing atmosphere...a sauna 2&2 I didn’t visit the hamam and 2 deck chairs ...the empty bottles of shampoo in the shower was there for 4 days ... one of the positive things it is very near...

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Overall, it's a very nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms. It's close to everything – just a minute and a half from the gondola.

One point for improvement – given the price and rating, the breakfast could and should be improved as soon as possible. One day, we arrived more than an hour before the end of breakfast and the scrambled eggs at the buffet were already finished. We had to ask for them to be refilled, but they only put out a small amount, just enough to meet the minimum requirement. Additionally, the breakfast was quite poor. There was hardly any variety, which is a bit disappointing when you're paying such a high price for a hotel. You could just as easily rent an apartment for...
