There are so many positive things to say about this property for a North American tourist such as myself.
Pros: The location of the hotel is right inside the old city of Nessebar which is absolutely stunning. There is a beach nearby, bars, restaurants, stores, runes, museums, you name it.
The rooms is clean to the American standard.
The owner is extremely helpful. First she sent instruction of how to park and enter the old city of Nessebar. Then she make suggestions depending on what you wish to visit. English is no issue. Extremely friendly and helpful. She even offered beautiful seashells that have been scattered to decorate the hotel for the guests to take for free.
Multiple keys to enter into the promise which is good or bad depending on how you feel about it. Could be incontinent yet you can feel rather secure/safe.
Price is extremely reasonable considering the location of it.
Cons: You can stop by the hotel inside the city temporary to unload your belongings, but you would have to park the car overnight at a public parking space near the entrance of the old city.
The toilette/bathroom always have a certain stench most likely due to the sewage system on the old city island.
Some rooms don't have much view from the window. So depend on luck if you have view, or simply viewing another hotel's wall.

Overall I LOVED the hotel. It gives enough comfort yet close proximity of the old city that I...
