I'm not sure why it's a 3* hotel, because it looks like a maximum 2* hotel. At least the rooms from the last floor are between basic and terrible. Everything is old here and looks a bit dirty. I didn't have the courage to sit on the toilet. The shower has no curtain and the sink water tap has some problems. So does the AC. After turning it off, the water was dropping on the carpet. We couldn't sleep with the fridge put into th socket because of the sound it made, but then we realized that that noise was a joke compared with the hysterical dozens of seagulls who don't want to sleep but fly all night long above the nests from our roof. Also, there's a church 50 m away from the hotel that will wake you up at 8AM and 8.30AM.||The only good thing about this hotel was that it is 2 min away from the old town and our room has a terrace with a small plastic table, 2 chairs and a laundry dryer.|We've chosen it because it was among the cheapest ones located in the old town and we assumed it is ok to stay for only one night, but wouldn't come...
Read moreThis quiet little hotel, sits literally a few minutes walk from the main area of Nessabar. There are some decent restaurants within the immediate area, including some with quite beautiful, sea view locations.
Be aware of the street conditions in and around the hotel proper as the streets are basically paved with cobblestone and irregular shaped stone. Disabled, elderly and families with small children and strollers...will all struggle.
The owner (Magi) is a wonderful and super friendly lady. She's truly genuine about you and your stay...and she has the most beautiful smile!!! This hotel has no lift, so be aware of that...as this usually means that stairwell noise can be excessive...especially on arrival and departure, where suitcases are bumped up and down the stairs.
I'm a disabled pensioner, so my viewpoints regarding the streets, are based on the experiences of...
Read moreThe price did not match the quality of the service and accommodation. The hotel failed at multiple points to justify their price. Very poor hygiene - the whole bathroom was dirty and smelled like sewage. We had to buy Clorox and clean it ourselves. They took out the trash just once in 8 days only because we asked them to. They changed the towels only once, again at our demand, and they never changed the bed sheets even though we asked them twice and they promised to do it. We arrived at 11.30 pm and there was no one at the reception to meet us (luckily I called earlier to say that we are arriving late so the staff left the key for our room at the door). After 8 days stay we left around 10 am the hotel but again there was nobody at the reception. Surely this hotel did not deserve tree stars at all. I would not advise anyone to stay...
