we stayed here for 6 days. The room was simple, but had everything we needed, beds, extra covers, drinking glasses, towels, wardrobes, balcony with chairs and table and a lovely view. There was also satelite tv, which had live premier league and various german, russian, and bulgarian channels. It was really quiet. We stayed in April around easter, and all we could hear was the sea. We didn't need to try the air conditioning, but did have the radiator on at night, which was effective, and the shower always had hot water. The sheets were clean, and were changed, the towels also clean and changed regularly. We had one breakfast, which was cheese and meats and bread and coffee/bulgarian style tea. It was fine, nothing brilliant, but we were the only quests at the time and it was a monday morning. The lady who ran the hotel was friendly and had excellent communication skills, and pretty good English. There is wifi which worked perfectly while we were there. The location is good, in that it's a quite part of a lovely island, overlooking a...
Read moreThis hotel is a little gem in a beautiful part of Bulgaria, its only 2 star - but in my opinion it should be rated higher. The rooms are spacious and clean, theres a fridge and air con included in the price - no safe - the views are stunning. The restaurant served good food with good banter from the staff ( they're not being rude - just a very dry sence of humour ) There is a little beach just below ( down the steps) Plenty of restaurants in the town to choose from...all fantastic. If you are sorting your own transport from the airport to the guest house, I would suggest you call the hotel, we booked on line and had no end of issues with the taxi drivers from our online booking - just email the Ianis to organise a taxi, far less hassle. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be...
Read moreWe have stayed in this hotel four times and we absolutely love it. Every room has a balcony and has a beautiful view of the Black Sea. The host family is wonderful and they serve delicious meals. This is the only place we will stay when we visit Nessebar. It's right in the heart of the Island and you can walk to everything on the Island. There's a wonderful paved walking path that goes around the entire Island. I love the feeling of being on the Island. The Island has such charm and wonderful artisans. We love it here, a highlight of our visit to Bulgaria. Our last visit here was actually in March of 2013, but the "When did you travel" box would only allow 2015 and 2016 dates. We would love to go back and would...
