Aparthotel Efir 2 — Hotel in Nesebar

Go at your own risk. The location was ok, but the room was above a bus stop so with the smell of diesel, beeping and drunks at night, you will need to have the windows closed constantly. There's no oven nor microwave as advertised. The only thing in the kitchen is a kettle, a toaster and two small hobs. If you book self catering bring or buy your own cutlery cause the two pans provided are so big that you can only use one at the time. The tiles in the bathroom were falling from the wall, the boiler is mounted above the bath so you'll keep banging the head when showering, the bath leaked from under, causing a huge dangerous puddle when you're coming out. The Aircon works in the living room but the bedroom stays hot but with the location probs you can't. There's no late check out even if you request in advance. The manager will decide on the day depending on the levels of business. There are not enough loungers at the swimming pool so people would put towels as early as 7am to reserve them and you are left with nowhere to sit. Our stay at the Efir2 apartment was a major disappointment, starting from the moment we arrived. When we got there, the cleaning staff hadn’t even started cleaning, even though check-in time had already passed. Everything was a mess and we had to wait, with no apology from the staff.||The apartment conditions were poor — outdated furniture, worn out, and everything looked like it hadn’t been updated since 2010. We didn’t receive even the basic necessities: no toilet paper, no garbage bags, no dish soap, or other essentials that should normally be provided in a rental apartment.||On top of that, the bed linens were just thrown on the bed, and we had to make the bed ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for a paid accommodation.||The staff was unprepared and unfriendly, showing zero interest in guest comfort.
