We stayed at the Flamingo Hotel in July 2025, in room 327. For newly arrived tourists, there is a free storage room on the ground floor. We were checked into our room until 12:00. The room was cleaned every day. Our towels were changed every 2 days. There is air conditioning in the room and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work. The bar is open from 12:00 to 22:00. Barmaid Aysun makes delicious cocktails. There is a paid bar near the pool. The sociable bartender Stelian works there. Free cocktails are Blue Lagoon, Sex on the Beach, Mojito, Cuba Libre, Gin Tonic. Among the alcoholic drinks of the Savoy brand are white and dark rum, whiskey, vodka, gin. Menthol liqueur, grape rakia, white and red wine Karnobat. Light beer Zagorka. Soft drinks - Pepsi, Sprite, 7 Up. Fresh juices - orange and pineapple. In the restaurant, the most delicious food will be recommended to you by the employee Tien. Every day fresh and delicious food. For breakfast, cold meats, cheese, eggs, omelette, beans in tomato sauce, fresh vegetables and fruits, croissants and buns, Bulgarian mekitsi and banitsa, jams and confitures. For lunch, fish, chicken and pork, meat and vegetable casseroles, soup, 4 different salads, stuffed peppers. For dessert, cakes, custard, baklava and fruits (apricots, watermelons, melons). For afternoon tea, homemade pizza, chocolate and vanilla muffins, coffee and tea. For dinner, Bulgarian kebabs, cabbage rolls, a large selection of side dishes, fish sticks, onion rings, stewed meat with vegetables, casseroles. A long line for ice cream. There are 5 types of ice cream in the fridge. Waffle cones are nearby. Everyone is waiting in line to take a spoonful of ice cream and put scoops of ice cream on themselves. The beach was a leisurely 10-minute walk away. To the left of the hotel is a Carrefour supermarket. Lidl is a 10-minute walk away. To the right is a supermarket with the cheapest prices - Janet (opposite the Kuban hotel), a 10-minute walk away. In the evening, every other day, DJ Nikolay holds disco parties on the terrace near the pool. He plays hits in English and Ukrainian. Show Nikolay a song from YouTube. He will be happy to play the music you ordered. Nikolay is very popular with the dance audience.

The hotel presented itself very dirty with a very poorly trained staff, the bathroom does not have ventilation of any kind so if you do your needs to be careful how you ventilate, the bathroom also presented with mold with very old and dirty equipment. We took a stay all including thinking it was ok, the food was very bad the staff in the room expected at least a smile to offer if you interact with them, I do not say thank you no one smiles everyone is sad there including at the reception, more than that we were met by an existential problem for a 4 star hotel, we did not find secure free parking spaces we were told to park our cars if we wanted to park in the field, but they are not secure, we all know that Bulgaria It is full of car thieves Which made us very angry we did not manage to relax from this point of view, on their website it says that they have free parking spaces but no, the seats are reserved for staff on the pretext that the seats are reserved in advance with payment. In the rooms the linen was not changed until the last day of my stay I was caught by something I do not realize what. In the restaurant he presented us with a juice something but it was full of limestone there and that was not edible juice 🤣 The terrace is very dirty with very uncomfortable and dirty sofas. In conclusion, I do not recommend in any way. Price quality ratio 0. The hotel does not deserve any possible star worth taking off the market.

This was the worst experience in my life. 1. Restaurant is 3 stars guys, not 4 stars .this is not included in any description just already upon to your arrival you will see that it is a pure cheating on people. 2. You can not take water from restaurant with you ! You will pay a fine of 25 euros! At the same time you can not buy food/drinks outside of the hotel as they will be confiscated. 3. This is not at all “all inclusive” , this is just a cheating on people. If you want to have a coffee at evening you have to pay, you want to have water you have to pay. 4. Customer service is on the bottom lever with no respect or any suggestion to solve the issue. 5. I have tried to move to other place with better quality/ cheaper price and of course no way to get your money go the day that u did not live yet in this hotel. Even cancelation fees is not accepted. The manager Zlatu Kovacheva was rude , not respectful and even referring to the client as a stupid. I don’t recommend anyone to visit this hotel ever. See the photos attached to understand why.

We stayed at Hotel Flamingo in August 2018 for one week and had a less than average experience. ||||Rooms:||||We had a family room overlooking the pool on the second floor. The room was a good size with a large double bed and two singles for children with a nice balcony. The room was cleaned as described in the room guide however it did feel that it was probably only hoovered once in the whole week.||||The bathroom had a really bad issue with the drains which pretty much made the whole room smell like fish for the whole week. On the whole, I could not complain about the room. It had a mini-bar which was not all-inclusive. You are specifically told not to bring food and drinks back to the room which is ridiculous when you have a small family.||||Food:||||Breakfast - Includes a limited choice of hot breakfast, typically cold fried eggs/scrambled/boiled depending on the day, fried or boiled sausages, deep fried eggy bread plus a selection of bread and cereal. Not horrendous but the same every single day.||||Lunch: ||||Pretty bad lunch options, very bland, dry and several times encountered pink chicken (in the middle) be careful before you eat.||||Dinner: ||||Slight improvement on Lunch but tended to be the same bland options most days with some changes like soggy calamari. The only plus was the ice-cream for the kids but be careful as the spoons tend to end up with cross-contamination - a prime candidate for upset stomachs. ||||Food Service:||||This is buffet style service so get there early to avoid significant queues (especially for evenings). The staff in the restaurant have zero enthusiasm, a smile now and again or any expression on their face would make such a difference. The plate collectors look in absolute fear of the food manager who awaits you prior to going into the restaurant. ||||Their mission is to get you in and out of the restaurant as fast as possible. It is absolutely ridiculous as several times they took my plate from beneath me whilst I was putting food into my mouth or mid-sandwich. They have zero ideas on how to tend tables - again this would make a huge difference. ||||All Inclusive: ||||Forget the phrase all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner have three two hour slots throughout the day. During lunch and dinner, you can have either the 3% (dubious) Diana Beer in tiny plastic cups or your choice of Vinegar Wine (White, Red, Rose). If you go here looking to enjoy some alcohol then think again. It would probably take 20 beers to get any feeling that you have enjoyed a pint.||||Like I said the effort is to drive you into the restaurant and out as fast as possible. The alcohol is only available in the restaurant (as part of the all-inclusive) and not available in the lobby bar or the pool bar. Buying drinks from here comes at a charge - around 4 LEV for a beer. Tip - I found an English Pub/Restaurant about 2 mins walk - turn right as you leave the hotel barrier (it's in another hotel) but they serve Local Beer (500ml) for 1 LEV - meaning 4 for the Price of 1!||||You are not meant to take any food or drinks from the restaurant so be warned. I saw at least three arguments with guests and the stern restaurant manager who took offence to one guest walking out with a bread roll. ||||Cleanliness: ||||My 2-year-old son picked up a bug whilst staying at the hotel and had vomiting and the rest for around 3 days. My son was, unfortunately, sick in the high chair twice and we cleaned up the mess but then informed not one, but two but three staff that it should be cleaned with some kind of disinfectant. To which they replied (but it's not dirty...it's clean)!!!! It was not a case of them not understanding us but just no idea about food hygiene. ||||Health & Safety||||The pool is not overseen by anyone in terms of like a lifeguard, but it is a small pool anyway. We did see the pool service cover left open for over 1 hour which was crazy seeing as there were lots of small children running around and could have fallen to a significant injury. The pool area is incredibly slippery so watch out - one guest broke their arm in two places and I saw two others with injuries in my week there.||||The kids play area has seen better days and is quite dangerous as the astroturf was laid on top of a wonky area with tree stumps growing through it. Full supervision is required if you have small kids.||||Internet:||||There is free wifi in the lobby area which can be hit and miss. I purchased 5 days of the internet for the room for 15 LEV but then found out that this was available everywhere in the hotel but only paired to one device. Again the strength of this is poor so forget using Skype etc for calls.||||Pool Bar: ||||The pool bar is quite nice with some comfy chairs but the best spot is always reserved for the management/owners who have it reserved in the prime position, along with the Bentley, Ferrari and Mercedes bang in front of the reception area. There is a definite feeling of them and us with this hotel but whatever floats your boat :)||||Volume: ||||Like any cheap resort, the area is quite loud, it backs on to the main road but you do not hear too much noise in the evening. We did have one incident mid week into our stay when at 5 am a full argument broke out in the hallway by our room. It was not Russian, Polish, Czech or English but what sounded like either Bulgarian or Romanian. This went on for around 15 mins and when I got up I saw that someone had put their foot through the wall in the hallway. This wasn't fixed and seemed to get bigger as the week went on!||||Reception:||||Here is my biggest warning. Be careful with the reception staff if you have an early check out. We went down to check out and the two guys (one reception one bell boy looking guy) were laying on the sofas and sprung into action. ||||As we checked out they asked if we had anything from the mini-bar. To which we replied no. Then the small impish looking bell boy went up to one of the rooms in our party. He returned with a small bottle of Gin, that had been opened and taken a small swig from. 100% swear on my children's life we had not drunk this bottle. To which they were smiling and demanding that we pay for it.||||This went on more so out of principle. I had paid up my own mini bar bill the day prior. My friends did not have any LEV so I begrudgingly had to pay for it. Their attitude was horrendous and it felt like this was a little trick to pull off earning a few extra LEV everyday. Be warned - double check your mini-bar before you check out and take a couple of pictures to make sure.||||This final encounter kind of ruined our trip to be honest and left us with a bad taste in our mouths. The hotel is cheap and uncheerful so you kind of get what you pay for. ||||Would not recommend this place to anyone. I took a picture of the reception guy that stole from us so if the management are reading this and don't have the 4 LEV on record on the day we checked out then I can send the...

Pretty good place and good location to beach ⛱️ But i don't understand how is possible place like that to have ⁴ star 🌟 therefore if we make according about the how many stars need to have i think for place like that will be better to have around ³ star's . About the room's and cleaning yes they have good service and every day they helping with the keeping clean the room's and swimming pool, About the pool I think will be better to be a bit bigger therefore For place with ⁴ 🌟 and with 200 guest capacity coming a bit small. About the service with all inclusive food and drinks Food was good but not too delicious yes of course i can understand therefore they make food for too many persons but will be better to be a bit attentive when they make that. All times frying was not good white and soft and with too many fat all the times also nuggets , About the juice difficult to understanding how is possible hotel like this to make juice from dangerous for children and adults substances Also they smell not to good ( place clean the juice boxes ) About the vegetables bar was also pretty good and all the times with fresh vegetables, For meet and desert also was good but all day same About the stuff helpful and friendly but They need to think about the kitchen chef maybe he not like to make food too much. If we make a completely how many stars need to have hotel like this 3🌟 Star's for hotel 3.5 🌟 for food 4 🌟 for personal 5🌟 for location 2🌟 for the swimming pool 0🌟 for activity therefore...
