Let me describe to you what happened to our family in just one day. 1. We were not allowed to the entrance of the reception and we had to carry our suitcases 300 m to the reception under the pretext that we would disturb the hotel guests and what we are like. 2. We were supposedly moved to an apartment at the beginning because our double room was occupied, something positive, but after we settled in, horror, the ceilings of the apartment were covered with mold and the mold on the walls was covered with styrofoam ceilings, the remote control of the air conditioner was broken. the bed just couldn't sleep a swollen spring mattress I woke up with low back pain. 3. You go to the beach only with a card from 9.00-17.30 and if the weather is bad card you do not have another problem at 9.00 if you are lucky you can find a deck chair on the last line if you go earlier they want money because you do not have a card. And one more thing on the date of arrival you do not deserve a card because you arrived after 13.00 the check-in is at 14.00 and cards are dealt until 12.00 confusing, but what if after you arrive you are either on the free beach or you pay for a deck chair. 4. You are wrong, the parking lot I paid for 5 days worth BGN 50 was withheld from me and my car received a 5-star overnight stay on a dead sidewalk for BGN 50, which was not even inside the parking lot. Well this is my dear judge whether you want to visit this hotel or want to save yourself the hassle if you have the opportunity to cancel the reservation without penalties do not be surprised act. When we asked why that is, they told us that this is the hotel's policy, although we booked through booking.com and that policy was not written anywhere. Second thing, most of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, our reservation had ultra all inclusive, and when we checked in, the girl started telling us that we only had bed and breakfast, without even checking the reservation, although we showed her the email and what we booked, however that was sorted after an hour long conversation with booking.com. When we entered the apartment, it had stains on the carpet, damaged furniture and a dirty bathroom, which in COVID times, is absolutely unacceptable. The food is very hard to call food, very few options, and it didn't have any covers which meant flies were flying around and on it, and everybody was touching the food, no staff to serve it and considering that we are living in a pandemic, that is unacceptable. The first day was a total mess. On the second day, we called the manager in as the problems kept on coming, however he was not there to solve our problems, but create even more. When we told him what our issues were, he started giving us attitude, told us that we are not here to rule the world and that he's been doing this for 20 years and that we are full of bulls*it. After that, we contacted booking.com and told them that we cannot stay there anymore, after which they got in contact with the manager. When they gave us a call back, they told us that the manager was also extremely rude over the phone and refused to give his name. Now, we are being denied a refund by the hotel manager himself and we are continuing the argument. Overall, if you want a holiday, I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. It is horrible, absolutely horrible. The drinks there are also extremely cheap, alcohol and non-alcohol drinks were smirnoff products, and the coca cola wasn't even coke, it was derby cola which is the extremely cheap copy of cola.
