English version: I will never go to this hotel again!

On Saturday night, my sister’s and brother-in-law’s car was stolen from right in front of the hotel. There is zero security, no cameras, and the staff are completely indifferent. When we called the hotel manager, he said “we’re not responsible” and hung up the phone. There’s no one to talk to, and none of the phone numbers are being answered. The level of irresponsibility is unbelievable!

If you care about your safety and your belongings, stay far away from this hotel. Even the manager avoids responsibility and just hangs up!

В събота вечер колата на сестра ми и зет ми беше открадната точно пред хотела. Няма абсолютно никаква сигурност, няма камери, а персоналът е напълно безразличен. Когато се обадихме на управителя на хотела, той каза: „Не носим отговорност“ и затвори телефона. Няма с кого да се свържеш, никой не отговаря на посочените телефони. Нивото на безотговорност е невероятно!

Ако държите на безопасността си и на вещите си — стойте далеч от този хотел. Дори управителят бяга от отговорност и просто затваря телефона!

Cumartesi akşamı, ablamın ve eniştemin arabası otelin tam önünden çalındı. Hiçbir güvenlik önlemi yok, kamera yok, personel tamamen ilgisiz. Otel müdürünü aradığımızda, “Sorumlu değiliz” dedi ve telefonu kapattı. Muhatap olacak kimse yok, verilen telefon numaralarının hiçbirine cevap verilmiyor. Bu kadar büyük bir sorumsuzluk inanılmaz!

Eğer güvenliğinize ve eşyalarınıza önem veriyorsanız, bu otelden uzak durun. Otel müdürü bile sorumluluktan kaçıp telefonu kapatıyor!

Am Samstagabend wurde das Auto meiner Schwester und meines Schwagers direkt vor dem Hotel gestohlen. Es gibt keinerlei Sicherheit, keine Kameras, und das Personal ist völlig gleichgültig. Als wir den Hotelmanager anriefen, sagte er: „Wir sind nicht verantwortlich“ und legte einfach auf. Es gibt niemanden, mit dem man sprechen kann, und keiner der angegebenen Telefonnummern wird beantwortet. Dieses Maß an Verantwortungslosigkeit ist unglaublich!
