Perfect place to rest near the beach (very close, 200mts). 10$ per night in a comfortable bed, hot shower and fan. Cheap dining options nearby and even a laundromat for 1$ per kilo. What more could you ask for? People complain that it's far from the city, I don't get it... find a hotel for the same price (hard to find) in the city. Others complain that there is no hot water... let it run for a while and you'll have it. Others complain about the hard bed, that's what happened to me... Excellent rapport qualité /prix ! La localisation est parfaite entre la proximité des grandes plages, et aussi du village d Ôtres avec tous les commerces, le marché et la rue des restaurants khmers/western. Le propriétaire, Mr Tea et son fils parlent un excellent Anglais, il est très serviable et attentif aux besoins de ses clients. Renseignements sur les endroits où se balader, etc... La chambre est très propre, le linge aussi, elle est basique , 1 ventilateur, 1 porte manteau, grand lit ,confortable pour nous qui sommes restés une semaine. Manque un peu d aération dans la salle de bain ( à cause de la climatisation possible pour un prix supérieur ). El lugar esta muy cerca de la playa, por este precio esta perfecto, pagamos 10dolares por noche en una habitacion con dos camas separadas q es lo q pedimos, uno de los colchones era muy duro y le pedi al dueño si se podía hacer algo y lo cambiaron al momento por uno muy cómodo.
