We stayed in town for a few weeks and came here to see if the rooms and place were wheelchair accessible. The place is amazing! It's so beautiful the pool is divine 😍 The setup of walking through the place to the rooms has been done really well. The rooms on the ground floor were really good and accessible. However, We couldn't stay here, as leading to the reception was steps, and no ramp. As my husband is wheelchair user, we always check the place before booking. It's a maybe something worth thinking about :) We were so sad as we really wanted to stay here. The staff that meet us was kind and super helpful. Location - if you want to stay far a bit away from town and more where locals are, you come to the right spot. It's still very busy on the main road and you'll find food/ fruits/ supermarkets...

The hotel is ok for your basic needs. It’s clean, has hot water and fairly quiet to sleep. It’s walkable to restaurants close to the hotel. If we had any troubles, the hotel staff are close by and ready to help. The only thing we struggled with, was the internet in the room. The reception is terrible and we had to go work in the restaurant downstairs. This was quite uncomfortable because it’s hot outside and after sunset, the mosquitoes are problematic. It will be good if there’s a booster upstairs so guests can use good enough Internet in their rooms. Also, the walkway paving from the entrance to reception, is not suitable for suitcases. Stayed 4 nights at this great boutique hotel. Daniel is a great host, always making sure that you are sorted and helping with any query you might have. They were really useful helping organise my bus trip to Battambang. The laundry service was the best one I've encountered in SEA so far. The swimming pool is very well kept and just great after a day in the heat!
More +s: Excellent wifi, daily cleaning, fresh towels and bottled water. Not many options for breakfast but you can get it at any time of the day!
-s: Location is a bit outside the centre and there are not many restaurants around but this is easily resolved by catching a 1$ tuk tuk. There is a bar next door that plays music until 10-11pm but it wasn't a problem for me as I went to bed...
