LH Residence 752 — Hotel in Siem Reap

This hotel is poor at reservation management.

This is the story behind this happened. About 1 month before Khmer New Year, I booked this hotel via Facebook messager. After I arrived at the hotel and checked in, the booked room was not the same as the photo that was confirmed. The manager was not responsible when this situation happened and didn't give a better solution for the customers, and they are not saying sorry to us. My friends and I felt so angry at that time but still negotiating the thing for a better way because it was late dinner and we needed a room to stay. Just want to mention that when this happened, I was the one who solved this problem, and the hotel manager still wants us to pay more for another room choice (because she wants to win this game).

I highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for a month as a family with two young children, and it was simply wonderful. The staff always welcomed us with a smile, from the first day to the last. The service was excellent—the reception as well as the housekeeping, always arrived on time, and it was a pleasure to return to a clean and tidy room.

The location is also great, with a nearby supermarket that has everything you need, as well as a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance. Laundry services are also available close by or at the hotel.

How much fun it was to spend time in the complex, the location is outside the central area and therefore quiet and pleasant, almost everything is within a few minutes' walk and of course you can easily take a tuk-tuk. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful, every request we had was answered with a smile and quickly.
