Today we took our kids up to Big White for the first time, and we had a BLAST! I booked our lifts and rentals through the website which was easy to navigate, plus it saved us loads of time on mountain. We picked up our rentals at the Village Center and I still can't comprehend the incredible, impeccable, and personal service the staff delivered. The two ladies helping our little ones instantly had them comfortable and engaged. Kiddos had a blast trying boots, helmets, and getting their boards. Both kids were equipped excellently, and it made for a great day. The ladies, Sophia, and I didn't grab the name of the second, Francesca (?), were the absolute sweetest. Both made the kids and myself feel special. The warm welcoming they provided started our day on the best note, and I can't thank them enough. Well done to the whole team at the rental shop, all the lift operators, and staff throughout Big White! Thank you ❤️
