We stayed here in Early June, there were virtually no bugs, the park was quiet and had friendly owners and seasonal campers, they were very welcoming. Site was large and the large trees made you feel very secluded while only 5 minutes from Shellbourne.

Super clean! Everything is up to date, family friendly, hidden gem of a campground! Pool is beautiful and playground was great for my daughter. will be coming back 10/10

Perfect spot for those like to keep it “rough”, classic & calm. Highly recommended for bikepackers! Please don’t fall in love with the amazing Rose ;) 🦊 Woof!

‼️Warning to all holidayer ‼️

My family experienced on the rv park we booked for 10days really excited to stay at the park as we have been on the road for a long 6 weeks travelling from Vancouver in to the USA and was on the way back home to Vancouver we decided to stay on this park for 10days why the holidays was on and visit as much of Toronto as possible but unfortunately are are holidays was cut sort on the owners behave and they gave use a hour to leave so no explanation on why as you could just imagine how upsetting that was for me and my family as naw we was all but homeless without any reason why but as we was packing up to leave some of the residence told use this was a normal Occurrence and they allways over book when they are busy and have done this on multiple occasions to lots of family’s this is appalling and with 2 baby’s you could understand are anger when we ask to talk to the owner we was told no as it’s the weekend and there not here and they don’t have there number and if we don’t leave the police will be called as you could imagine the Embarrassment I felt getting scared at with my two babys and everyone watching and Staring wondering what was going on my husband just looked at me and said come on this is not Worth it as at this point for how they Threat us for no reason just because they can ‼️bulling Tactics‼️ we was wonting to go anyways so...

Very friendly staff in this mostly seasonal campground. We were there midweek, so a lot of the seasonals were not there, but the few we met were quite friendly. We didn't get into the pool, but it looked very nice, with trees nearby giving some shade from the sun. We were given excellent advice of what to see and do in the area, which we took, and we were very happy with the results. We had to unhook our towed vehicle from behind our motorhome, before getting too far into the campground, tight turns. We would come back here, but only if we could have site 12, others were too uneven. Would have been nice if they had wi fi available. We were only here 2 nights for the beginning of our trip up north of Lake Superior.||Go to Rockford (just south of Owen Sound) to the Rockford Family Restaurant & Schnitzel House, excellent food for a good price, serve breakfast all day. Also visit the beautiful Inglis Waterfalls just west of the restaurant, and then next door to Morland Place with its European-style formal gardens. Owen Sound is only 5 km further north...

Our experience from start to finish was top shelf service. Nancy was personable over the phone, as she was in person. She took my 4 phone calls and answered all of my questions. Upon check-in, we felt welcomed as a part of their community. Rose and Will (owners) take true pride in their business as well as their community. They made us feel welcomed and were very accommodating. We have visited many parks, and we never felt the level of interest or care the way we did at Primrose. The park is beautiful , clean, and well manicured grounds throughout. We spent the weekend from Saturday-Sunday between 2 sites in our group (15 Amp and 30 Amp sites) paid a minimal fee for a late check out. Allowing us to enjoy the full day on Sunday. All in all, we were very satisfied. So much so that we wanted to make a point of writing this review. Thanks again . Best regards, Eric...
