Prince Motel Ltd — Hotel in Prince George

Traveling from other province I spend a night in this Motel. Walls are lights like cardboard. Down floor of my room was a party all night and nobody to complain about, i could not closed my eyes all night. I did wait next morning for the owner who apologised and give me credit of 50% to next time passing bye. I did stop again this year (2015) His rude and no-educated Manager did not accept my evidence in writing and told me that i did have a note in the File that "i lost the key room" and I was not welcome there. He refused connecting me with the owner. Not even accept to pay in full in advance for another room since i was very tired of driving. I left and from Home i wrote a letter to owner in this regard the beginning of this past May. Absolute no comments from owner as well. This is new Management from Korea people. I did stop many times in the pass with former Chinese Management and was very nice to deal with them. Try other Motel if you can at same...

Dirty, Disgusting motel with bedbugs, The owner/receptionist was extremely rude & insulting, couldn't speak English, was arguing with me about my reservation and tried to make me pay an extra $50/night on top of the $69 I had already paid because "the booking agency made a mistake" needless to say, I checked out the next morning to go somewhere else, forfeiting the 3 nights I had already paid for. And if all this hassle wasn't a big enough headache, when I checked out he kept my $200 deposit because the battery cover for the tv remote was missing but it was missing when I got there & I pointed it out to him and he acknowledged it wasn't there and he robbed my $200 anyways! The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I couldn't give it 0 stars! I would advise anyone & everyone to avoid this place at all costs! Worst hotel I've been to in my 25 years of travelling...

Nightmare!!! Bad part of town Bad looking building Receptionist could not speak English. Booked the stay through a online booking company that said pet friendly but then after arriving at the hotel and checking in the receptionist came running out to our car SCREAMING at us waving his arms to leave, he was downright belligerent. We didn't even get into the hotel room. No refund, it's been 3 weeks and we're still waiting on the dispute from the credit card company because their is no way they deserve red even a penny. My kids and I were scared and crying only thing he deserved was the cops and I'm sure they've been there a few times.
