Park Place Motel & Suites — Hotel in Tweed

I use to stay at The Park Place Motel when I'd come up with our Kitty Symba, who LOVED it up there. Just not the drive so much. LOL ||We would stay here when we'd visit my daughter on Family Day at Camp & at the end of camp, when I'd pick her up. We'd stay a couple day's to chill before going back to Toronto in the city. ||Everyone is so Nice, polite, Respectful. The owners are Great too! Not sure if there are new owners since I've last been there. Animal Friendly too!! Very Important for me!! || You meet different people from all over. It's nice to go for walks. I really Love this place!! ||It's Really peaceful early morning's by the water too. Watching the sunsets & sun rises too It's just beautiful there.||With all this covid going on & lockdown's in effect till June 2nd 2021.... I've honestly thought about running away to tweed & just chill.... It wouldn't be the same without my Kitty Symba, He Sadly passed away Aug. 27, 2020 :( He took a Chunk of my heart with him!! He IS Alway's with me Heart & Soul :) ||I would Totally Recommend this place if you are just looking for a really cool place to chill & enjoy yourself. Bring Bug stuff for at night!! ||Looking at these pictures, They have upgraded these rooms, which is nice too! ||I Really Hope I get to come back here & chill before summer 2021 ends. ||Or I wouldn't mind an Indian Summer too Up at The Park Place Motel. ||P.S. I was last here about 10 years ago but it didn't say longer...

I called this hotel to book a room for my daughter and I for the rodeo that is being held in Tweed. This place of business is horrible ... I unfortunately do not have a credit card, my mother will also be traveling with me and she does have one. He immediately was rude and kept talking over me, he raised the price higher when I said I was going to a one night stay from 2 nights. I told him my mom would call back and book the room because I couldn’t .. he then Proceeded to laugh at me and told me he only had 4 rooms left.. he said call back tomorrow as he is busy... I said would you hold that room then.. he said no.. I said ok my mom will call and book today because I don’t want to take the chance of not getting a room ... he said “oh well”.. I told him that the way he was acting was very immature and asked to speak to a manager .. he laughed and said iam the manager and said find somewhere else to stay and...
