Subway — Restaurant in Tweed

I went here today to purchase my regular order theirs not a lot to eat in town so I prefer to spend me money here, I was poorly served by a lady named Nancy, she made me extremely uncomfortable… after serving other customers I waited about 5 mins until she finally looked up at me I smiled at her and said “ Hi can I get…” before I was rudely interrupted by her and told that she will wait until I was off my phone to serve me or she won’t serve me at all. She made me extremely uncomfortable and continued to ignore me I hung up my phone call ordered and paid for my food once all was said and done I advised her that she made me extremely uncomfortable and how she treated me was not very nice at all, she responded with a shrug of her shoulders and “Oh well”…. It’s a shame because I did enjoy coming here I have been served by other people before where theirs no issues… I don’t know what would prompt someone to treat another...

Ok so I'm updating my review... This Subyay used to be really good ! But Covid took them down a notch, but every one had a two year reset!! This once excellent store used to be open 24 hrs. Now... if you are not here before 9pm sorry for your luck! If the Crispy chicken sandwich was at all crispy I'd have given a higher rating. But so I guess I'm flaming... but not open for a reasonable time and service is questionable. My one star represents better than I feel. I hope people have better experiences and if so give them props cause I want businesses to succeed...

I have frequented this Subway for over 15 years and it has always been an exceptional experience. A very clean and bright establishment waits to serve you with a variety of subs, wraps, soups and more! The service is very friendly and fast, with generous amounts of ingredients provided.
