I had to edit my review and reduce to 1 star after the unprofessional call I received from the lady who’s running the place - instead of apologizing and taking customer feedback to improve, she started arguing, refused to listen and ultimately hung up on me. I understand you want to avoid negative reviews. All was needed was a simple “sorry, we’ll take your feedback seriously and make improvements”. Had that been your approach, I would have gladly reconsidered my review - if that’s what you were hoping to achieve by reaching out.
We celebrated my son’s birthday yesterday. I am not impressed at all. First, 40 mins after the party started, guests were approaching me and asking for napkins. I noticed our napkins were missing, asked the employees and they said they saw them and will bring them (they said they probably misplaced them). 10 mins later still no napkins, I went to the registration desk and asked again after which they brought white cheap-quality napkins. They said they couldn’t find our napkins. We had many packages of napkins (at least 6 boxes -blue and yellow, spent $50+). It’s literally not possible to lose them as it was a bag full of napkins and cups (only the napkins went missing). When reading the reviews I realized this happened before and plates went missing.
Also they forgot to put part of our soft drinks, juice and water on the table, guests approached us asking if we had water. After we brought it to their attention, they put it on the table.
The employees couldn’t hang the happy birthday sign properly: first, it was too low and I asked them to adjust it which they did. Then the sign fell so I had to hang it myself.
They had speakers there so I asked them to play the happy birthday song. The young lady said sure. A minute later she returned and told me they couldn’t do it. Management, please train your employees or have someone experienced to supervise the students.
The pizza we ordered with them - was not edible, dry and not fresh. I personally haven’t eaten all day and tried a slice of pizza, I couldn’t finish my slice - that’s how bad it was. And the pizza wasn’t cheap. Management, if you work with a certain pizza company you need to ensure the quality is acceptable.
Overall, not happy and won’t be celebrating birthdays there again.
All of the above could be resolved if management trains their employees or at least has someone experienced to...
Read moreWe had our son's 3rd Birthday here today and I just want to give an honest review of how pleased I was at this place. Those 2 young ladies know how to make you feel comfortable. My son and all the kids had a blast! A couple of the other children even told their parents that they want their B-day parties here as well. I've been to a fair amount of children's indoor playground and none of them compare. Not because I chose this place for my own childs Bday, but because of these reasons: -The place was very clean and tidy -The 2 young ladies, Ashley and Sara, were EXTREMELY helpful and charismatic! The kids loved them. (Great personalities!) Your party room is completely private. You have your good sized playing area, BOUNCEY CASTLE and eating area all to yourself and your guests The girls bring the cake out for you. Help you setup. Basically they assist your with whatever you need, or in most cases they do it for you. Like I said before, they are very very helpful. No exaggeration. What impressed me the most was after we walked out, I actually realized that I had locked my car keys in my car trunk while packing away the gifts. I had to get my cousin's boyfriend to give me a drive all the way home to Etobicoke and back to get my spare key. All the while, my spouse, 2 children and my cousin waited until we got back. I was very pleased to learn that the girls actually brought my family back inside to wait indoor where the A/C was cool, and even gave them cold drinks on the house (because it was 32 degrees out). When I got back, they even forced free cold bottles of water on me also because it was so hot out! LoL. Great customer service. Great couple of girls. I will definitely be back there again for my own childrens parties, or someone else's.
From my experiences today, I would definitely recommend and suggest...
Read moreHad my daughter's 3rd birthday here and everyone loved it. Pros: Playground is enough to keep the kids entertained for 2 hours - has slides, cars, bouncy castle, and a ball pit. They also had some arcade games that you pay for once there. Spacious - it doesn't look as big from photos or the outside but there was enough room for guests to move around, mingle, and enjoy themselves Private - I loved that we didn't have to share the space with anyone else Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - once I got there, a staff member helped me put up my decorations and get everything organized and ready I forgot music but they had a speaker that played some popular Disney/kids songs Communication with staff was great, it was easy to book and everything went smoothly the day of
I knocked a star off because it's a very rushed operation. When you get there, you only have about 10 minutes to set up everything so thankfully I had all my decorations ready to go and as soon as your time is up, you have to quickly pack up everything because the next party is coming in so I found myself cleaning before the party even ended so I didn't get time to properly say goodbye to everyone. The price is also quite expensive but I do appreciate they allow up to 50 guests per room, none of that non sense other places have where it's up to a certain amount of kids and their parents and every additional kid is extra.
Would I come here again? Absolutely. Unfortunately it's just not the type of venue I could afford to come to every year but if you are going to rent a space, I highly...
