Trimani Ristorante — Restaurant in Vaughan

We got married April 8, 2018 at Trimani. This restaurant went above and beyond for us and met all of our expectations. From the service, to the décor and the food, everything was exceptional. We want to thank the restaurant for doing such an amazing job with our special day. I was not easy to deal with and changed my mind several times on everything, from the food to décor to the seating arrangements, etc – Rob and his staff were so professional with us and ever so patient. This restaurant cannot compare to any banquet hall. It was an extremely difference experience. It was intimate, personal and the food was amazing. Our guests had so many compliments on the food! It was high end with presentation and flavour, this includes their amazing Tiramisu desert. – A big thank you to Dominic Colacci, who is an absolutely AMAZING chef! Rob – owner, will go above the call of duty to make sure the event is flawless! He made me feel as if I was family rather than a customer. Triamni also has amazing entertainment that we used for the entire wedding. Dwight Grant ( Mellow Dee) – who is their entertainer was fantastic. His ability to play piano and sing was such a crown pleaser. He is such a unique vocalist with incredible ranges that keep you warm through out the whole evening. He made everything personal – I left all wedding songs up to him and his choices were as if he knew us for years. – We were also able to incorporate Amber ( who preforms with Dwight) to sing a duet of our wedding son – Thinking out Loud, this was a gift and surprise to us from the restaurant. AMAZING! We used Melissa, that was recommended through the restaurant for our flower décor and everything was fantastic. She was great at communicating with me and helping me reach my vision. The wonderful thing about this restaurant was that we walked in, set a date and they basically provided us with décor help, and entertainment. It made the wedding day stress free, especially since we booked this restaurant 2 months before our weeding date. What they did for us in such short notice was beyond amazing. We look forward to future events at this restaurant, and wouldn’t think of any other place. We highly, highly recommend this restaurant for an evening out our your special event! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Trimani, and it was an experience worth remembering. From the moment I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the warm, inviting atmosphere. The décor perfectly blends modern elegance with cozy charm, creating a space that feels both upscale and comfortable.

The food? Simply outstanding. I started with the calamari starter, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served with a flavorful dipping sauce that complemented the dish beautifully. For the main course, I went with the chicken mottone, and it was nothing short of incredible. The chicken was incredibly tender, infused with rich flavors, and the sauce was absolutely divine, bringing everything together in a perfect harmony of taste. The portion sizes were generous, and every bite left me wanting more.

What truly made the experience even more memorable, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, without ever being intrusive.

Adding to the ambiance was the live music, which was absolutely amazing. The talented musician set the perfect mood, providing a beautiful soundtrack to the evening without overwhelming the conversation. It elevated the whole experience, creating a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere that made the night even more enjoyable.

A special shoutout goes to Robert, the owner, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. After our meal, he took the time to sit down with us and personally show us around the restaurant, sharing the story behind the space and the menu. His passion for both the food and the experience he’s creating was palpable, and it added such a personal touch to our visit.

All in all, Trimani, is a gem that checks every box – great food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you're truly being treated as a guest. I can't...

We wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars! My wife and I held our daughter's baptism celebration here on December 2, 2023. Working with the owner, Robert, was a wonderful experience. He was so personable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made many recommendations for our party that we really appreciated, and worked to tailor our party specifically to our needs, from the layout, to food, and service. The food was phenomenal. We had several hors d'oeuvres before lunch, guests raved about the cauliflower, arancini, meatball sliders, and polenta, but all were delicious! Robert suggested we offer a sangria starting during hors d'oeuvres service, as it's lighter than wine or other mixed drinks, and it was a huge hit. For lunch we had pasta in pomodore (tomato) sauce, the pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was so fresh. Half our family is Italian, and compliments on a sauce is the highest compliment an Italian can give! For the main we had a choice of beef short ribs and salmon. The ribs were soft as butter, and salmon was cooked perfectly, both so flavourful. Even the mashed potatoes, broccolini and string beans accompanying the beef (what I had) were among the best I've ever had. On the day of the event, Antonio kept everything running perfectly smoothly, accommodating any last minute needs. All the servers were wonderful, we cant say enough. Amber, a performer that regularly works with Trimani, was absolutely wonderful. She had a beautiful voice, and really added that extra atmosphere to our event. Many guests complimented her talent - we even had a guest join in for a duet! Trimani made our daughter's baptism celebration truly special, we will definitely be holding future celebrations here.
