Coffee Time — Restaurant in Vaughan

I always have a horrible experience here, last time I'm giving them a try, the owner or franchisee ( the brown miserable woman, not trying to be racist but I don't know her name, the rest of the staff are Asian, the only way to describe her) is always rude, makes the food incorrectly and over charges. I think she is the franchisee because I've seen her at the other location on credit stone. Over 10 times this has happened! She takes the order, does not listen to what you want, won't smile or even look at you, she puts the order in wrong, I corrected her, she just keeps brushing it off, I go over to where the worker is making the food, making the completey wrong item, I politely repeated myself 15 times that it was the wrong item, punched in wrong, but the manager or franchisee just kept saying no and telling the worker making the food I was wrong, the manager said the item I'm asking for doesn't exist, it is on the giant board above her head and when I asked her to turn around and look at the menu item that was 5 fast tall above her head, she refused. Made the wrong order gave it to me anyways, after "correcting it" 3 times while the worker was assembling it, and she over charged me! So I said fine wrong item, because she was refusing to make the correct one, and I saw she could just give me a small black coffee instead of refund, and she said NO! The black coffee was an additional 25 cents!! You'd think for the rudeness and inconvenience she would of just given me a small coffee! She rudely gave me back my $1.50 in change instead. So I left AGAIN with the wrong food item. I am not exaggerating this has happened at least 10 times, every sandwich is wrong it's like she takes joy in making the wrong food? I would order a simple ham sandwich, they'd say lettuce on tomato, I'd confirm and then this manager woman puts the wrong toppings, sauces all kinds of unusually "mistakes" it's like when people order food she just makes whatever she feels like and forces it on you? As well as the quality of the food is terrible now that she's around, vegetables disgusting and old, baked goods extremely old and dry, not edible, food items are all clearly old and microwaved, very tough and chewy meats like bacon, steak, chicken, clearly cutting costs. Trades workers only come here because of nitro Industrial supplies next door, but I will never come here again, regardless of location, and many people tell me the same things! People say they open the door see if this woman is working if they see her they don't...

Absolutely disgusting service. The owner lied and refused his ownership of the restaurant. The tables were a mess, they had a lottery station but no accessibility for people with a wheel chairs or disabilities. I spent 45 $ for breakfast and I received sunnyside up eggs that were raw and cold. The owner tried pulling the racist comment, because he was Chinese. I asked him; how do you expect me to eat raw cold eggs? I asked him would you eat those eggs....? he replied with how it's a "culture difference " and that yes he would eat those eggs....

Very very rude, and Un professional manner of conducting business. I regret coming here to this location and ruining my morning.

This was my very first time visiting this franchise and I must say what a horrible experience in customer service at first I had ordered a tea when I got it. It was a little too sweet, so I proposed the owner put a little coffee in to dilute it from my side, I didn’t wanna make a fuss out of it too much to say to replace it. He literally looked at me goes you ordered tea. You’re gonna drink tea I was very shocked at his behavior.
