Beijing Lanwan International Airport Hotel Tower A — Hotel in Beijing

I spent a night here as my flight arrived close to midnight, and I must say that I was very pleased with the end to end service of the staff provided by Beijing Lanwan International Hotel.From the front desk registration, to the little supper pack (yogurt&biscuit) was delicious 😋 and it was great to come home to a clean room with just the right amenities one would expect - even coffee sachets! The bed was as comfortable as one would expect. Slept like a baby!! Upon checkout, as my written Chinese isn't good the staff was very helpful to help me reserve a car to my next destination.. & to my delight there was a little goodbye token given by the hotel. I'll definitely be staying here in my next trip to Beijing if I need to layover.I would give 6 starts for staff service if I could - so thank you for making my short stay...

OUTSTANDING staff, airport pickup, exceptional personal care, and service. I arrived from Zhangjiajie to Beijing at 12:15 a.m., and I was in my room at 1am. 🥰 They had a beautiful fruit plate ready for me, and yes I was a bit hungry. This four-star hotel exceeded expectations! The room was amazing, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The gym was wonderful, and the breakfast was top-notch—delicious and varied. What truly stood out was the humbleness of the staff that took care of me and made my stay exceptional. I stayed at this hotel for only one night, due to a late night arrival at the airport, and I was impressed with the service! The staff is very polite and helpful. They picked me up at the airport (I had to call them on Wechat for that though so be prepared), and welcomed me with a snack. I slept really well, the mattress is a bit hard (normal in China) but there is no noise at all. There is unlimited water bottles included, as well as a small can of Coke and of Sprite.
