The Ritz-Carlton Beijing Financial Street — Hotel in Beijing

wanted to thank Chelsea and Adrian for making my stay one of the most memorable in China. I go to China a lot for business however this was the first time i was taking my entire family and wanted my wife ( who is very picky) to have a great experience. I explained that in a follow up email after my booking to the Hotel and Chelsea replied. I called on the phone to ensure everything was okay as this was the first time i had used this booking site. Chelsea informed me that she received my request and that they will also provide me with complementary upgrade . Upon arriving in China ( we were very tired after coming back from a cruise in Japan) we took the Train from Beijing. One thing i must add on the company's website it says to got to DAWANGLU Station which is correct however to make it easier when you get to DAWANGLU Station which is off LIne 1, I would suggest once you get to DAWANGLU Station follow the sign to go over to Line 14 and then take Exit H. That drops you right behind the mall and you just go to the front of the Mall and the Hotel is right across the small street. If you take the regular Hotel direction then you end up having to cross a major street and may not see the hotel right away Anyways upon check in the room was majestic!. My kids loved it so much. Felt like we were at home. Again i do not know how the regular rooms were but the suite was breathtaking with an awesome view. Any and all the amenities you can think of with a well thought out design and PLENTY of space. Beautiful would be an understatement! The service at this hotel was impeccable. Service with a smile from everyone. Always goingi the extra mile to make the guest happy. Buffet Breakfast was just fantastic. Tthere was so much variety of foods and all cooked to perfection along with very fresh fruit and vegetables. Both Chinese which i love and American type for my kids. I cannot thank Chelsea enough for all she did to make this a pleasant and memorable stay. I go to China many time per year and have stayed in many 5 Star hotel however none so far can be compared to the Ritz Beijing. Will definitely stay there again when i am in Beijing . Again many thanks to Chelsea!!!!!!

From the very first email, she was proactive, responsive, and thoughtful. Upon arrival, we were welcomed to a beautifully decorated room complete with personalized gifts, handwritten notes, and even a custom Ritz-Carlton room key created just for us. Itziar’s care and thoughtfulness set the tone for our entire stay and exemplified what makes The Ritz-Carlton so special. She even went out of her way to help us secure gifts from the Beijing Country Club, arranging for them to be picked up and delivered directly to us. That level of service is rare, and it was deeply appreciated.

Yasmine also contributed to making our experience seamless, and their teamwork behind the scenes was evident in every detail. Their efforts left us feeling not just welcomed, but genuinely celebrated.

The Club Lounge was another highlight. Managed by Candy, the entire team delivered impeccable hospitality throughout our stay. Every interaction was warm, gracious, and sincere. While language could occasionally be a small barrier, they handled it with ease and professionalism, using translation apps to ensure nothing was lost in communication. Candy, Fannie, and the rest of the ladies in the lounge were consistently attentive, kind, and committed to making every moment special.

This stay reminded us exactly why we choose The Ritz-Carlton: because of people like Itziar, Yasmine, Candy, and the entire team who go above and beyond to create not just a luxurious stay, but an unforgettable experience. They turned our first visit to China into something we will never forget. We left with full hearts and immense gratitude.
