I booked the hotel through the Accor Website a few weeks before the Canton Fair. The hotel honestly in terms of service would be the best one that I have stayed in. The moment you walk in, Ms Eva already greeted us warmly and informed us that our rooms are not ready since it was still relatively early at 12 noon. She informed us the rooms will be ready in 30 minutes and told us if we had lunch yet. We didn't have and was very thrilled to have dimsum at their Hotel Restaurant. She even escorted us to the restaurant. What surprised me the most with her A+ service is that she even delivered our room keys to our table not too long after. She also guided us to our rooms. I have never experience such service from any other properties. Thank you so much Ms Eva. ||Additionally, the staff here are always quick to be at your service. I felt like I was a VIP during my stay. I also want to commend the head chef Tony for also greeting us warmly every breakfast buffet. He is such a jolly chef with so much positive energy. He even cooked my special requested favourite chinese dish of all time , tomato eggs! The food was delicious everyday. Thank you for accommodating my special request. Also providing topnotch service are the 2 Filipina waitress/singer and entertainers. They are also the highlight of our stay. They start the day of serving and attending to you at breakfast and they end the day entertaining all of us guest at the hotel bar called Bar 51 located at the 51st floor! These are very talented and hard working women. They provided exceptional service and really have a blessed talent of singing and playing instruments. ||The room I got was huge. It was on a high floor. The beds were comfortable offering even pillow menu. Whenever I asked for additional toiletries the staff were always quick to deliver. Even phone calls are always quickly answered with 0 language barrier. ||Location wise, using a Didi ride is the most convenient way to get around. It is not far from malls and construction related establishments which is usually the main reason you are in Foshan. In terms of attending the canton fair, the hotel provides a shuttle bus and the schedule is quite on time very convenient for us. If you miss the bus, getting to and from the fair is very affordable as well and roughly about an hour away. |It is cheaper to stay in this area as compared to the city center but you still get the 5 star service minus the hefty price.||I would see why this place was jampacked over the canton fair season.|Thank you to all who made my experience wonderful! Location & First Impressions Situated in the heart of Foshan, Swissôtel offers great accessibility to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by a sleek, modern design with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and efficient.

Room & Amenities I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured a stunning city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a rain shower.

The hotel’s facilities were top-notch—I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool (with breathtaking views) and the well-equipped fitness center. The spa was also a great place to unwind after a long day.

Dining Experience The breakfast buffet at Café Swiss was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes—everything was fresh and delicious. I also had dinner at their Chinese restaurant, and the flavors were exceptional. Room service was prompt, and the food quality was consistently high.

Service Excellence What truly set Swissôtel Foshan apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Special thanks to the concierge team for their excellent recommendations on local attractions.
