We stayed two nights in April 2019, and had an excellent experience from arrival to departure. The manager CiCi offered us hot tea at check in, and made helpful suggestions for restaurants and shopping. We wanted to visit Xiaozhou artists’s village, so she called a cab and helped with communications to the driver. She made everything very easy, and we saw other guests also received excellent attention. CiCi added us to her WeChat so we could communicate with her about anything. On WeChat, she checked in with us when the return car she arranged was running late, and even after we checked out, she sent a message to make sure we arrived to the train station safely. Service is friendly & the rooms were spacious but the hygiene...

There’s even some porridge n instant noodles provided for supper. Simple and no frills but really helpful when you’re hungry late night. I also managed to use that area to make several video calls during my stay. Location wise, this hotel is not too far from the 上下九 walking street. Along the small alleys nearby (about300m away) there’s also some interesting family restaurants (no frills) serving local cuisine. All in all, it’s a good experience staying here...
