Had a good brunch at Peak timing at this restaurant. Paid extra 15rmb for premium tea and immediate seating.
Food was good. Each dish was simply crafted, sticking to traditions but elevated with great ingredients.
Prices are what you would expect at a proper dim sum restaurant. You could definitely find cheaper at a small local joint but this is worth the price.
I especially like how they managed the service. Food was served at a good slow pace. Allowing you to savour each dish, have a chat with your friends and sip on tea, before putting down another plate infront of you. They are also attentive enough to give proper sequence of food, cold dish, appetiser, steam dishes then sweets, instead of putting what ever comes out of the kitchen infront of you.

We ordered goose and they served super oily goose meat that we can't even force ourselves to finish up the gourmet. Fried rice is a shock as is our first time commenting on such disappointing taste to a simple and common dish. And the fried noodles were too stiff and dry.
Basically we only enjoyed the tea and kept drinking to ease the bad taste of the food. Totally not worth it to spend on a meal with...
