H’ Elite hotel — Hotel in Guangzhou City

One the most terrible experience with hotels since I start to travel around the world. First the name of hotel is wrong, there is 3 forms which the name of hotel is spelled. The taxi driver won't be able to find the adress. After a lot of stress and thinking calling the police the driver decide to call hotel. Arriving at the local another name was showed on the front, the 4th name. The hotel has a lot of steps to clim a huge escalator, no elevator, no help with luggage. In reservation I asked for a non smoking room with a view paid by credit card. Arriving here there is no suite with view, and has no windows too. the room smelled like the most dirty ashtray. It seems like you are inside an ashtray. Remember that I asked non smoking room. They did not accepted credit cards and I have to pay in cash besides a deposit of 50% of total amount have to be done. Nobody speaks English, they use an app thinking they are speaking but it won't happen. Where is the view of the room of they don't have windows? Where is the hygiene? There are dry sputum all over the sink, totally disgusting . No elevator a a lot of stair. They said that have said isolation, but you can hear people screaming all the time like they are inside tour room. All the time. No batteries on remote, shower leaking. A simple no frills business apartment hotel at prominent location of Tianhe. Absolutely a value for money for the people who doesn’t require much luxury but centre of city location for quick commute.|It’s approx 1hr 10mins drive ( will cost 175-180RMB approx) in normal Guangzhou Traffic and rooms are absolutely spacious with simple but elegant furniture.|Front desk staffs are not only efficient but also extremely helpful. The moment they see foreigners, they call a team member who speaks English. May be that’s not Oxford English but serves the purpose and moreover they are extremely eager to serve you better. |Mr. Liu, post my bill settlement called the Taxi and came down from 17th floor reception to entrance at ground floor just to search my taxi and ensure I am comfortable. |Breakfast menu is elaborate but in 2 separate sections, so need to search before concluding about the spread. 5th floor Chinese restaurant is just amazing. Area is surrounded by shopping malls , so shopping for self of loved one...

This hotel location is very good as its in the CBD area. ||||The rooms are huge and comfy. No doubt the housekeeping is slow as I waited almost 1 hr for the room to be clean, when i arrive and check in at 3:00 PM. Nevertheless the housekeepers were very apologetic and presented a warm and clean welcome room. Housekeeper ensure she change everything (bed sheet, towel, pillow case etc) in the room before i start my stay. Supervisor even visited my room after the clean up to check every single thing and ensure room is clean and all necessaries are changed. Was surprises that the service was fast as well when i requested for iron facilities. ||||The setback is that the room service is not 24 hr as I wanted to order room services at 1 AM but it was closed.
