Jinjiang Inn — Hotel in Shanghai

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days (3-bed room) and everything is perfect since the beginning. We chose this hotel because of the reasonable price and 3-bed type room. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. The location is near Metro (Lujiabang Station, Ex.7) approximately 200 m. or 5-minute walk. The room is clean and wide. After we checked out, we left our luggage with them for a short-day trip before going to the airport which is very helpful service cuz some hotels don't allow you to do that. Housekeeper come to clean the room everyday. Some disadvantages we found: no refrigerator, toilet door was nearly broken due to unfunctional doorknob but these can be ignored for us personally. We didn't know the background of some negative comments here but our 3-bed type room is wonderful. Thanks to the hotel and staff for providing us with wonderful experience in Shanghai. Hope they read my comment and will be encouraged to do their job with best effort as they have...

The hotel is a bit off central line, not to hard to get to airport but need 2 connections. No near by convinent store, you need to buy things needed from the department store at the station. Sadly there are smoke smell in the room, could be due to corridor smoker. The elevator only took us to the 4th floor but we need to walk 1/2 the floor to our room. But compare to the price it is probably reasonable. And they change the towels everyday...

A great location near city centre with a metro station nearby. There’s also a nice canteen next door which is open since early morning. 

As for the downsides, the doors are non-soundproof so everything that goes on in the hall can be heard perfectly well. And the luggage can only be stored at the shelves next to the reception desk even though there seems to be a designated...
