Hanting Seasons Hotel — Hotel in Shanghai

Initially we got a pretty nice spacious room however there was a problem with the bathroom door so staff moved us to another room. The new room however was much smaller than the one on the photo despite the staff mentioned that it is the same type of room. It was honestly very inconvenient for me and my friend with two big luggages and we felt cheated. Also, there is no fridge to keep our drinks and desserts. This is the worst hotel ever. Everything is breaking down and falling apart. And dirty! I spent one hour wiping dust after checking in, discovering hair in bed that obviously doesn't belong to me. On top of that, they liberally charge quarantine guests double price as comparing to the one listed on their website. After all, we are just prisoners here...
