Grand View Hotel Shenzhen — Hotel in Shenzhen

This hotel is very highly priced just because of it’s location which may be the best in the town, located on the upper floor of a mall, over food street which carries 100+ restaurants, many shopping malls and decent crowd in the evening.||||But at the same time hotel, hardly have no one who speak English.||||Room sizes are so small that you have to plan how and where to move without hurting yourself.||||The house keeping is unprofessional they do not believe in thoroughly cleaning the rooms and replenishing the amenities, was disappointing. ||||Not good for long stay, the breakfast service is not good with too...

Stayed one night here for business reasons. The hotel may have once been grand but I found it old, tired and over priced for what you get. Evening, and 'the bar' only served beer, no wine... Breakfast was not worth getting up for. When checking out a phone call was made to housekeeping and we were charged for a coffee and a tea which we had made in our room using what I thought was complimentary - first time ever! I'm sure there are better places to stay...

Grand View Hotel is part of a mall and office complex. It’s really lovely to go for a walk. Lots of restaurants and bars . Love music on the streets.
