Hotel Review: Anoka Hotel, ShenzhenI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Innogo Hotel in Shenzhen, and I must say it was a highly satisfying experience. Public transport and key attractions are easily accessible, which was a huge plus for me.### FacilitiesThe facilities at Innogo Hotel are spotless. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows in every corner of the property—from the lobby to the rooms. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay.### Laundry ServiceOne of the standout conveniences was the laundry service. It’s such a thoughtful addition, especially for travelers who are on the go or staying for an extended period. Having this option made my trip even more stress-free.### BreakfastWhile breakfast is optional, it’s very affordable if you choose to have it at the hotel. Had a great stay at the hotel. The location is convenient, not far from a busy mall and shopping street. It js also next to the luo hu train station, so it is very convenient as we are going over to hong kong after we check-out. The room is big and clean, ample space to pack our luggage and taobao orders. The cleanliness was above our expectation too. The only things that we would like to feedback about would be the TV and the shower holder. The TV box was malfunctioning during my stay duration. But it didn’t really bothered us as we weren’t really using the TV. However, for the shower holder, it is quite loose that it can only be at the position, leaning against the wall, for it to hold at the correct direction. Lastly, I would like to compliment the staffs at the reception counter, for going to the extra mile to answer my question and assist me with the issue I was facing. If you’re a first-timer, I highly recommend staying at this hotel! It’s super convenient as it’s very close to the train station, making it easy to travel from Shenzhen Airport (North). On top of that, the location is perfect—it’s near a shopping mall, so you can explore, shop, and enjoy the local nightlife without any hassle.The receptionists here are amazing—so friendly and welcoming! They even upgraded my stay when I arrived, which was such a nice surprise.
