Well, I stayed in this hotel couple of weeks back and before booking with Ctrip they told us amazing hotel etc.....thinking Ctrip would always take care of clients if any problems...well we're wronged.||The room they gave us was stinking and toilet was leaking ..we complained and the staff came to fix it...after one hour it was lacking again ...and they sent a guy again to fix it....guess at it was leaking again after few hours ....and this time the whole floor was soiled ..(we have the pictures and videos ) ....whole night it was leaking and we couldn't sleep....kept calling the staff and no result.....they said when you come next time we will upgrade you with business class room.||Spoke to the staff and she said most of the toilets leak as the pipes are old and rusty ....||Spoke to the boss's and he says this is what you get if you book through CTRIP.||||Guess what we spoke to Ctrip and asked to refund at least half the monies ....they say we can give you 100ctripmpoints .....hmm ||||Well we are going to upload images and videos on YouTube for everyone to see.||||Guys we never do this but the boss of this hotel had the audacity to tell us go ahead and upload the videos ....he doesn't care .somhere we go....just uploading two pics ...of he many pics and videos we have ....actually there were three different plumbers at three different times trying to...

Read moreThis was our first visit to mainland China. I'd booked this hotel as it was very near to one of the main Metro Rail lines. We stayed at this hotel from (likely) from 27th June, 2017 to 29th June, 2017.||||Main issue was that of the language barrier. Almost no-one spoke any meaningful English. I'd to resort to "Navigator" App downloaded maps to guide us to our advanced booked hotel. We were traveling from Guangzhou airport bus to Shenzhen. According to bus route, the Guangzhou - Shenzhen bus was to have its last destination at Shenzhen Railway station terminal.||||However, the bus driver let us off almost 20 km before the hotel we had booked(as found from the "Navigator" map). We had diffculty in making taxi drivers understand as to our destination hotel. After making several map based sign language exchanges between myself and the "Electric" taxi drivers, one finally agreed to take us to "New Times Hotel" (booked by us online)||||We reached the hotel and the concierge staff informed us in very little English that we had booking.||The rooms were great. I guess we were placed on the 16th / 17th floor. As we had difficulty in making them understand that we needed lunch now, we immediately decided to go to nearest McDonalds (the map showed that it would be 1km away)||||We stayed three days(nights), except the language barrier, the services of the hotel...
