A seafood chain restaurant in Shenzhen that has gained popularity to the point that even buses in Hong Kong have advertisements for it. It operates in a similar fashion to seafood restaurants in Hong Kong, but the seafood stalls are located directly inside the restaurant. Once you're seated, they will guide you to the seafood stalls to choose your seafood. The prices are clearly displayed, including any processing fees. Generally, the seafood here is more affordable compared to Hong Kong, especially when it comes to shellfish. However, if you want to have prawns, crabs, or fish, they may not be as cheap. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, with spacious seating areas and high ceilings.

During my visit, I ordered a variety of dishes, so I won't go into detail about each one. The dishes that stood out to me were the salt-baked shrimp, the salt and pepper mantis shrimp, and the sea urchin fried rice. These dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. Phenomenal restaurant. I rarely rate so high, but this was deserving. Food: Immaculate. I had a king crab - they served it 3 different ways (a pudding, steamed, & fried) & vegetables (pea tips). They started the course with oranges & baby tomatoes. I asked for chili oil (not spicy, but tasty). Seevice: The servers were mediocre, but the chefs were so fun & friendly! You can tell chief what flavor you like and you will get what you want.
