Quchuang Hotel — Hotel in Shenzhen

I recently stayed at Maker Hotel and had a generally positive experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. A notable feature is the availability of a common fridge at the lobby counter, which was convenient for storing snacks or drinks. Additionally, there is a common washing machine on level 7 that guests can use for free, which is a great perk for longer stays.The room itself was clean, and toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. However, there was one downside: the window in the room could not be fully closed, which allowed some noise to enter the room. You could hear vehicles passing by at times, and even something as simple as a loud sneeze from outside could be clearly audible. Pros: great location. Right next to the electronic markets and a few minutes walk to two different tube stations, so easy access to the city. The staff were also very friendly and they changed my room for me as my first room was very dirty. There’s a free washing machine on the rooftop but there’s no dryer though. Cons: the first room I had was very dirty, it stank of cigarette smoke. The hotel staff let me change room the next night which I appreciated. The next room was a lot better. The whole hotel in general was very dated. There is a rooftop which is a lovely addition, however the the decking flooring is falling apart and there was holes in the floor. It felt a bit dangerous. Overall it was an alright hotel for the price. I was expecting a little better though as I have stayed in other hotels in China around the same price which were a lot cleaner and modern. This Hotel is a little gem!slightly tricky to find you way in !However the path is between Sinopec Petrol Station and the next building on Shennan Road !The building where there are giant Advertisements !on the South side of Huaqiang Road !If you look carefully on the Giant Advertisements,on the right ,you will see Marker Hotel name on a yellow ocre background !The hotel is without pretension,but very nice and simple ,And seems to be enjoyed by Russians,Central Asians ,South-East Asians ,even French !It is clean ,quiet ,very good value for money !The location is ideal !A lot of take over food shops and very cheap !One advantage extremely important :The checking out is at 2 pm !This was such a nice surprise to me !The bed are large ,the Aircond pleasantly quite !My only concern in praising this hotel too much ,is to get it fully booked ,next time I come to...
