Tourism Trend Hotel — Hotel in Shenzhen

I really don’t understand how this hotel has a high rating.Unfortunately, the cleanliness is almost zero and the reception is terrible.The smell of barbecue reaches the rooms, and even in the reception area there is a strong smell of smoke.Our expectations were much higher.We booked a room with three beds, but each bed had only one pillow. When we asked for three extra pillows, the staff member brought only one. We politely asked for two more, but she raised her voice and said “no.” We had to go down to reception ourselves and insist, and only then did they finally agree.When my friend went to take a shower, there was no water drainage — the water started flooding and almost reached the room. We called the reception but no one answered, so we had to go again in person around 1 AM. A staff member came and “fixed” it, but the whole situation was disgusting.At that point we decided to leave the hotel in the middle of the night, even though we had only stayed around 4 hours since arriving at 9 PM. This hotel is in a good position.Close to train, bus, shops,restaurants etc. Not good value though there are better hotels you can get for similar price.||There have been leaves behind the door of my room for 3 days.||They charge 300 yuan a day, about$50 US, deposit which is more than the cost of the room.And even if you pay for the room in advance they still try to take the deposit on top.I had to argue like mad.They say it is to cover the extras in the room. Water(non free),condoms,shampoo etc.Don't touch a thing ,nothing free with room except toothbrush, razor and comb.||I paid $2 for a shampoo when I tore it open had dried up, but still charged,||Room inspection just use their pass key to charge in uninvited, hope you are dressed. quite noisy of an evening from the restaurants around,||And don't ask for laundry to be done, is expensive.After I said it was robbery the manager, the only one who speaks easy english, said we have a laundry u can use.||But a bit hard as there is not one english notice in the room....

This hotel is located near Yanan Subway Station, Languang Road, Futian District in Shenzhen.||Proximity of this place to the electronics market makes is convenient for shoppers...hotel room is clean...washroom is also good with good pressure of warm water...but this hotel dosen't provide free water bottles...even no mini bar or refrigrator to cool off your drinks...no locker fo your valubles..no almirah for your clothes..only a littile corner with few hangers. hotel dosn't give luggage service...you have to do it all yourself, internet is working fine. There's three utility pouches in washroom...but these are not complimentry...you have to pay them if you want to use.||Lots of Chinese restaurant around...and for my surprise i found a Indian restaurant "Priyanaka Resturant" ...just steps away from this hotel...n' yes my choice of food was there.||Overalla if you wants just a good sleep at night....this hotel could be good...
