Arriving from an excellent hotel in Bogota, we were shocked speechless by our room. It was a suite, but not sweet. Everything was old and funky, but not in a good way. The noise from the street and horrible views and the condition of the room were depressing, and we actually walked the streets in search of an alternative. The only reason this Hotel got a Average rating was due to the lack of Hot water for the shower. The service was great, the breckfast was nice, and i cant complain other than the lack of hot shower. the first night, we had no water pressure, and this was due to a leak in the tank, then the second night i was explained that the heating is solar heating, tanks on the roof.
