BARAKA CAFE Y COMIDA — Restaurant in Armenia

Waiting time was crazy. I ordered 2 slices of pizza and one of them came with canned pineapple even though the menu said it was fresh. The other one came with the wrong ingredients, sent it back and it came again with the wrong ingredients. 3rd time around it still came with the wrong ingredients. My friend ordered a lasagna and it came literally full of water. In the end we complained and cancelled the rest of the order (2 dishes had still not come more than an hour after we ordered).

We went to this café / restaurant to get a beer and some food while watching the champions League. We got vegetarian lasagna and a burger. And what a shame, the lasagna were still frozen with a lot of water, the pasta was strong like a rock and it was disgusting. I would not have been upset if they apologized but they lied and told us it was a fresh one not frozen and that the water inside was what the clients like.

Atleast the minimum is to be honnest and apologize.

La comida es buena he ido varias veces y desafortunadamente me atiende una mesera venezolana que no sabe atender a los clientes; la verdad ahí no vuelvo más es bien repelente voy a almorzar y me pregunta que quiero el derecho es traer una carta fui con un cliente de mi empresa luego queríamos tomarnos un café y casi no lo conseguimos se lo pedí a otro mesero pero tampoco apareció luego apareció la mesera con cara de revolver diciendo que estaba almorzando entonces porque no cierran el restaurante cuando ella almuerza porque se paraliza la atención; si ella está almorzando el derecho es que alguien la remplace esto también es culpa de el administrador. Esto es una falta de respeto con los clientes. Recuerden que los negocios funcionan por los clientes porque ahí no regalan nada; ahora en el baño no colocan una simple toalla de papel para secarse las manos; la verdad voy a buscar otro restaurante en la zona porque la verdad hay muchos para escoger.
