Hotel Portal del Norte de Armenia — Hotel in Armenia

Over the weekend, I stayed in room 301. When I checked out, I noticed that some of my belongings were not as I had left them, but I didn’t pay too much attention but and one of my suitcases had its zipper “closed” near the handle, which was different from how I had left it.

Today, at home, as I was unpacking and giving out some gifts I had brought for my family, I realized that a few items were missing, including a black Adidas jacket I had brought for a cousin.

I find it very upsetting that these kinds of things happen. The jacket and the other items won’t reappear, and the situation will likely be denied, with promises of an investigation that will lead nowhere. My family took a trip to armenia in August 11-2019 , thinking to stay in this hotel for 4 days reserved back in June 2019, our surprise was that not even getting in to the front desk a lady approached to us and told that we didn’t have a reservation for that hotel and that when our reservation was done, We did show to the lady our full reservation and the invoice showed it was paid in full , she refused to let us check in and we ended in another hotel for those days in Armenia, I will not recommend this hotel to anybody, unprofessional and not welcoming...

It was a simple room and was exactly what was needed. Love the location and access to things to do. Hospitality was great. Breakfast was included and there was a 24/7 coffee machine. The only downfall was that the water in the shower is super light and they shut off the hot water during the afternoons (which is understandable, but may need to mention in the ad). It was difficult to take a shower with the water pressure, but otherwise, I would stay here again if it is just a passing...
