KFC Armenia — Restaurant in Armenia

I went to KFC for Lunch today. I am from India and am here for 3 months for international student exchange program. I haven tried many places but thought of going to KFC as its my favorite in India. I saw the Big Box advertisement of 14.900 which is originally 17.900 and thought of trying it. I went inside and then when my turn came, as I don't speak Spanish, I told the cashier that I want the Big Box which cost 14.900 using my hand actions. I don't know why but she told me to choose from the list, so I saw the same one in the middle and pointed that. Then during billing I gave the card and she typed 16.900 in the machine. I was little confused and told her again pointing to a big board outside writing 14.900 that I want that, this is something else. But she quickly told me something and got the bill printed for 16.900. Then I realized instead of Real, she gave me Titan. So basically I ended up buying a cheaper box in the list and paid 2.000 more for that. It was so disappointing I couldn't even enjoy the meal as I only eat food outside during holidays, as being an international student I have to save that money.

The problem maybe of the language, but how can somebody not understand when you're pointing your finger at such a big poster outside, and also which idiot person will be buying a box combo with less food and more money. The main disappointment was me eating that and people buying the cheaper discounted box in front of me with better variety. I do have a language issue (Spanish) but I have always been able to order properly, it's the first time that I had to use hand gestures and still go wrong. Primera vez que como en un KFC, los productos muy sabrosos pero la atención pésima, desde que llegue fue error tras error, pedí un combo navideño de 31000, cuando lo retiro me doy cuenta que el combo como que le faltan cosas, lo tomo y al llegar a la mesa me doy cuenta que no tiene los vasos para el refresco, voy y le hago saber a la muchacha que me atendió que no me dieron vasos y como que no me creían pero total me los dieron, agarro cargo mi vaso de refresco de Postobón de uva y me sale un agua transparente con gas y en el otro di sale naranja, llego a la mesa y cuando probamos el de uva sabe súper maluco era como una clase de soda toda amarga y el de naranja extremadamente dulce, empezamos a comer y me doy cuenta que el combo no tiene los pop corn vuelvo a la caja y les vuelvo a reclamar por que el combos me lo dan incompleto y no me creían teniendo la bandeja en la mano total que me colocaron los pop corn pero igual ya me habían quitado la emoción de comer por primera vez en un KFC cometieron como 4 errores en cuestión de 5 minutos y se me olvido mencionar que el dispensador de refresco tampoco echaba refresco de manzana si no la misma agua amarga solo servía el de Pepsi , bueno esa fue me experiencia en el...

Por mis problemas de salud no debo entrar a estos lugares. Pero el aguacero terrible y a pesar de estar a media cuadra resolví entrar. Además, lo frito y apanado produce inflamación y debilita el sistema inmune. Gravísimo. Ante la emergenia tocó. Que hagan pollo a la plancha + fácil y menos malo para el organismo. Que innoven, POR FAVOR, siguen igual desde hace muchísimos años. La gente está cambiando ,quiere lo q es bueno para su salud . Parece las mayorías siguen con comida chatarra y mucho frito. Eso daña la microbiota lo decía una Dra.hace unos dias y lo imaginábamos. No se cuidan, no se aman.
