Unfortunately, the hotel was overshadowed by the poor experience we encountered. Definitely, not what I would expect of a 4.5 star hotel. Upon checking in, I was told that I had to pay for the room. I told the lady at the desk that I had already paid. However, she still required another payment and told me that it was for taxes. I asked again to be sure that the taxes were that amount, and she confirmed. Afterwards, she gave me a room key and told me the floor and room name for the Junior Suite. My husband I went to that floor, and there was no room by that name. We returned to the front desk, she again told us the same information, we told her again that there was no room by that name. So, she told us it was one of the names that we told her was on that floor. We returned to that floor, however the key did not work. We went back to the front desk, and supposedly she checked the room key and went to that floor with us. Again, the key did not work. We again returned to the lobby where she looked in the system again, and told us a different floor. She again accompanied us and finally the room key worked with the original name that she had given us. We also went for the Welcome drink that was stated on the card we received at checkin, but was advised that we should have had another card to redeem the drink. The parking garage is very compact and difficult to maneuver given the space (or lack thereof). Obviously, we were a inconvenienced, frustrated, and tired by the whole ordeal. Additionally, later that day, we received a phone call that they had indeed charged twice for the same room, that one charged was cancelled, and we would need to pay the taxes upon checkout (which is the policy). The room was great, but the services and amenities were terrible. The restaurant was closed 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed. The bar menus has multiple cocktails but they only offered one. They are old us the breakfast was included but we had a kitchen in our room and made our own, but comes to fond out breakfast isn't included it charged 20.000 per person per day EVEN IF YOU DONT ORDER BREAKFAST THEY STILL CHARGE YOU!!! This was absolutely ridiculous after bien told that it was included! The public hot tub was alway a-little dirty. We tried to use the sauna but never worked even after asking 3 times at reception. We were okay with all the issues and even extended our stay because the room was so nice but we were dissatisfied walking out after seeing they charged us almost twice as much then the price stated on there website. This is a 2 star hotel at best hiding as a 4 star by checking off the boxes. They “gym” was a joke and has equipment worse then cheap home equipment. Having a restaurant that cant handle the guest and events then charges for meals not eaten or asked for. I am so happy we decided to check this place out before bringing our family here. If they could barely handle 2 of us i couldn't imagine if there was 30 of us. I guess were gonna have to look elsewhere. I was at a business trip on Sept/2022. The service is great and people is very kind. However, there were several issues that did not make my visiting pleasant. For instance, we did not have hot water for 3 days, and although I understand this can happen, no one said anything or even apologize and I had to find out by myself. Then, I only took 1 dinner and 4 breakfast at their restaurant and it has been, respectfully, one of the WORST culinary experiences I’ve had. The waitress is very inexperienced and doesn’t know how to treat customers. And most dishes are like experiments with the worst result ever. I certainly wouldn’t recommend taking any meal at that place, I’m very sorry to be so honest about it, but there is no way of saying a good opinion about that restaurant. Moreover, maybe I’m wrong, but a lamp of the room did not worked and seemed that for a long time the room has not been checked. On the other hand, the room is beautiful and...
