We stayed at this hotel as it was relatively close to the airport when our travel plans changed. A friend of ours checked the price prior to us arriving at the hotel but when we arrived no one knew about the quoted price of 125,000 pesos a night and said the price was 190,000 per night as we had used the hotel shuttle from the airport! We were not pleased but very tired and decided to stay anyway!( A taxi ride from this hotel to the airport is only 16000 pesos) The room was fine, large king size bed, clean bathroom with amenities and a safe. It was at the rear of the hotel away from the main road at the front and sleep quality was excellent. That night we made numerous phone calls locally and internationally and decided that the next morning we would pay for them as we had already paid for our two day stay in our room on check in. We received a receipt of course. The buffet breakfast was very good with hot and cold selections. Prior to check out the last morning my wife noticed that the mini bar item sheet was numbered for room 608 and that we were in room 609. We checked the itemised list and found 3 items missing even though we had not used the mini bar! Upon check out we brought this to the front desks attention and they did not seem too bothered! They then asked us to pay 48,000 pesos for an evening meal in their restaurant the previous evening.......which we had not had! We became furious about this and were made aware that anyone from outside or inside the hotel could simply go and have a meal ,charging it to any room without proof of a hotel key or name of the guest! We found this absurd! Once we had battled through that problem we were asked to pay for our telephone calls....again? They had no record of our payment the previous day, so we had to produce our receipt before they relented and said "the computer was giving problems". This is a hotel with very SHADY practices, so be aware of the problems that may arise if you stay at this hotel. We had reserved to stay here a few days after the first reservation but found another hotel after the...

As a summary, personnel is useless, they are rude and have issues resolving issues such as: -Rooms are not as in pictures, no lamps, no fridge. They had to bring a dirty one from another room (this happened in 2 other rooms of mu family members). We had to request room changes as they were not the ones we paid for. -key cards got deactivated every time we wanted to go in the room, so we had to go downstairs to get it activated, sometimes twice in a row. -slippery showers: my 65 year old mom almost falls in there! Some showers had holes which turned the bathroom into a swamp. -No internet: for 5 days until we left, no internet available in the rooms due to “power outage” which didn’t make sense since there was internet in the lobby. -Location is not nice to walk around, always take Ubers if you want to go out.. doesn’t seem safe out there. Some rooms are next to the highway so the noise is bad. -Front desk girl is not experienced at all, she would raise her tone when we complained and seems like problem solving is not at all part of her skillset and there was never a manager or someone with authority to handle the situation. -Breakfast is the same every day.. and forget about trying to get a little more of anything, they wont.
It was certainly an awful experience, other than the cleaning ladies and the kitchen personnel, everyone and everything was a...
