Hotel Ejecutivo 63 In — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

My stay at this location was wonderful. The hotel has a gated entrance and has the look of a modern villa or residence. All of the staff were extremely friendly ad more than helpful. I was always greeted with a warm staff by of the employees and greeted with a good morning or evening when I was there. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. There is ample room for clothing and other personal items.||||I cannot say enough about the staff. There were always willing to assist me with whatever I needed regarding items such as sim cards or taxis to the airport. I have stayed at many hotels all over the world, but by far this location far exceeded by expectations regarding customer service to foreigners. I truly enjoyed my brief stay here. PÉSIMO. Me dieron la habitación 101 que está a metros de la recepción, con lo que se escucha constantemente el teléfono sonando, puertas que se abren y cierran, y la gente hablando a cualquier hora como si estuviera dentro. Como si esto fuera poco, la habitación tiene una ventana que da directo al comedor del hotel (?!), así que sumado al movimiento de la recepción, se escucha la gente hablando y la TV del comedor. Ah! Casi dejo pasar un detalle. Al momento que recibí la habitación en el baño dejaron las toallas mojadas de los huéspedes anteriores. Sobre el final de la estadía, se cortó la luz en el cuarto.
