HOTEL BRC — Hotel in Bucaramanga

Their free breakfast is very small portions. If you want to eat more breakfast they will charge extra. The hotel feels and looks like a black cement block. Plastic plants everywhere only saw one real plant in the whole hotel. The bedding is skimpy only the fitted sheet for the mattress then a blanket. Not typical for a hotel. Most hotels offer the fitted sheet then the flat sheet then the comforter. The air conditioner was adequate. The jacuzzi in our room did not work. They skimp on towels and sheets... Cement brick feel with plastic fake plants.... Very sterile and minimal in sheets and bedding. Late check out 1 pm out is nice one elevator for 11 floors is problematic and a waste of time... Staff is professional and kind Try hard but skimp on breakfast too had to pay extra money for breakfast ... Too sterile and too much cold cement everywhere... Natural wood interiors are warmer and more inviting.... Electrical outlets hidden under night stands... Missing lightbuld in our room.... Toilet paper dispenser is industrial and hard to use... Es relativamente nuevo pero nada seguro,los recepcionista y administrador encargado no saludan,están distraídos con celulares,el parqueadero al cual tenia derecho en mi tarifa me dejaron el vehículo en la calle sin seguridad me refiero alguien que por lo menos revise periódicamente,se comprometieron a guardarlo cuando tuviera espacio y nunca hicieron nada,además ingrese al ascensor con mi familia y un supuesto huésped que ingreso me ofreció loteria y me robo yo de inmediato le avise a administración revisaran cámaras y quien era ,solo dijeron no sabemos y en cámara vemos solo la gorra,la verdad me estrés porque estaba con mis hijas y si esto sucede que se puede esperar en las noches o día cualquiera ingresa y no...

Nos alojamos en una "habitación Deluxe". Un dormitorio de 16m², con baño. El wifi de la planta no ofrece una conectividad que permita ver nada que no sean los canales de antena en la TV. La cama viene vestida con bajera y ofrecen una manta para arroparse. Sin más sábanas disponibles. No hay nada más, una silla para un escritorio inalcanzable, estando sentado, una ventana que cubre de la lluvia, no del ruido y un baño sin ventana, por lo que si no cierras la puerta del baño no serás capaz de dormir.
