Hotel La Hormiga — Hotel in Bucaramanga

hi i stayed at hotel la hormiga in bucaramanga , cheapest room we could get was 85000 pesos , aircon hot water exceptionally clean , quiet , and exceptionally friendly , helpful staff . nicely located next to La Isla for shopping , streetfood etc . busy in the night , about a 20 min. walk to cabacera or can take bus 1750 pesos , taxis vary between 4000 pesos and 6000 pesos depending on whether it s day or night . Lots of other hotels on the same block , can get a room at guarigua etc for 35000 pesos but don t have hot water . and beds . sheets etc are not of the same high quality of la hormiga . although staff...

Spent 2 nights at the hotel in midweek.||Disappointed, photos on internet very deceiving. ||Our 5 person-room wasn't comfortable at all, not very clean.||Offers sauna and turco, but only available after 7 pm. Sauna was not||really available. Staff very friendly and helpfull, but the management||should really make improvements. Wifi OK.||Restaurant isn't that bad....

Good room, wifi strong enough where there were no issues. Pool and sauna both nice. Plenty of food options in the street with drinks available at many outlets in the Le Isla Mall. Great option to stay in Bucaramanga. Price also very attractive....
