Hotel Terraza — Hotel in Cali

Horrible customer service. I am visiting family from Florida and decided to stay at this hotel since it was close to my family. The owners and the workers are extremely disrespectful. The service provided by this hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. It was promised that each room had hot water and its own wifi however there was never hot water and the room i was put in did not have wifi. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
