Hotel La Estrella de David Cartagena — Hotel in Cartagena

We landed in Cartagena and took an Uber to go to this Hotel we called the hotel only to find it was not a hotel at all! We asked the Uber driver to call and someone answered and told him that this was not a hotel! This hotel is not 14 minutes from the airport at the time we called we had already been driving 15 minutes and the directions showed we were stil 26 minutes away! The driver also told us that this supposedly hotel was not where tourists should be going because it was not in a good place, we continued to call the hotel at this point with no answer and we started to WhatsApp them as well to let them know that we were growing increasingly uncomfortable because of what we were told over the phone and could not reach anyone at the hotel that could verify this place was legitimate! We called Expedia and our bank to put to try and get our money back! We ended up going to another nicer and safer hotel! Do Not book your room Here it...

Durante los 3 días que estuve solicite aseo a la habitación y aunq salí temprano en la mañana y regrese después de 2 de la tarde no estaba hecho. A parte la ubicación del televisor es muy incómodo por la ubicación de las camas. Nos asignaron una habitación para la calle y nada de aislamiento del ruido externo, muy incómodo pues desde temprano el sabado y domingo los vendedores gritaban o con megáfono...

Previo a la reserva hice un acuerdo de horario con pago anticipado por estancia laboral, el día de hospedarme me dicen que lo acordado ya no puede ser debido a un error de ellos, pero el huésped en este caso yo, tuve que asumir su error y buscar solución...
