I Wanna Palomino — Hotel in Dibulla

Terrible experience at this hostel, we luckily only made a reservation for one night.

We had a very cold welcome from the receptionist which was clearly under the influence of something, after he screamed to know what we were doing here and got us to comeback to the reception which was empty when we arrived. I would not recommend the tent in the back or the dorms close to the pool because the opening hours are clearly not observed. There was a group of 10 people pool partying that night until 1am while the pool is open from 9am to 9pm.

The dorms are ok, with mosquito net for each bed. However for the beds above you get to climb a ladder absolutely not fixed to the wall or anything actually. Unfortunately, I burnt my back thigh and knee on my first descent because the ladder glided on the ground when I put my two feet on it and it hurt like hell. I would recommend going to a more serious and well-handled place.

Wifi is good but unsteady like everywhere in town and the breakfast is good too.

Hostel with a lot of potential! Best location in Palomino right next to the beach. Great facilities - pool, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds with mosquito nets, a large reading balcony. Really friendly staff (they must have replaced whoever received all those negative reviews), and breakfast included.

Only downside is that there’s just a couple other people here which is difficult as a solo traveller. Despite that, it’s right opposite the very social Dreamer Hostel which has a bar and is always busy in...

In puncto Strandnähe, Gastfreundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und liebevolle Einrichtung, ist I Wanna Palomino wohl kaum zu überbieten. Auch das Frühstück, einwandfreies Internet und die vielfältigen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind ein eindeutiges Plus. Da ist mit Sicherheit für jeden was dabei, denn das Hotel bietet sowohl Gemeinschaftsschlafräume als auch Einzel bzw. Pärchenzimmer und eine Camping-Area. Für alle gibt es eine große, offene Gemeinschaftsküche oder die zahllosen Angebote der umliegenden Restaurants. Informationen zu allen im Umkreis angebotenen Freizeitaktivitäten und vielem mehr, sind beim Inhaber sowohl auf Spanisch wie auch Englisch zu erhalten.

Der Palomino-Flair ist kaum besser erlebbar.

En cuanto a la cercania a la playa, hospitalidad, limpieza y decoración cariñosa, no creo que sea posible superar a I Wanna Palomino. El desayuno, internet impecable y la variedad de alojamiento son una ventaja definitiva. Hay para todos los gustos porque el hotel ofrece tanto salas comunes como habitaciones individuales o bien para parejas y un área para acampar. Para todos hay una gran cocina abierta o las innumerables ofertas de los restaurantes a los alrededores. Toda la información sobre posibles actividades que ofrece la naturaleza en Palomino, tanto en español como en inglés, son siempre dadas por el personal del hotel.

No hay un sitio mejor para descubrir el verdadero sentido de estar...
