Primaluna Beach Hostel And Restaurant — Hotel in Dibulla

Terrible Customer Service Stay Elsewhere. I called on Mar 5 and asked for 2 hostel beds at Prima Luna. The woman at Prima Luna, who answers the phone said we could have them, but she was too busy to take my credit card information over the phone. She said I could email them my information from the Prima Luna website contact page. I filled out the form on the Prima Luna website with my credit card information. The Prima Luna website said my information was received and Prima Luna would contact me shortly. The next morning, Prima Luna had not charge my credit card, so I called Prima Luna to confirm. The man who answered the phone at Prima Luna said they did not receive my message and no beds were available at Prima Luna. I told him I followed the woman's instructions and the Prima Luna website confirmed my message was received. He just said I should have used WhatsApp, as if it was my fault the Prima Luna website was broken and we had no place to stay. The people who answer the phone at Prima Luna are useless and have terrible customer service. I would stay somewhere else besides Prima Luna unless you want to be left with no place to stay. Wonderful place to stay great amenities! Most importantly my partner and I felt very safe here. They have two yellow labs that take care of the proporty and they are so friendly! There is also a lazy kitty who hangs around too.

The included breakfast was so yummy and of large portion.The restaurant has an Italian feel to it. Large portions and many options! Make sure you try the pizza or the carbonara!

Reception staff are all very informative and friendly. There are plenty of activities to do close to the area. It's been very laid back during our stay. Lights and music off at 10:30.

It seemed Streets are very quiet at night which was nice as we just wanted to have a good quiet rest.

Only issues we had with our stay first night room location was next to reception; it was pretty loud till about 11:00pm. Also being on the bottom floor and beside the stairs that lead to the upper level added to that. Our second night here our delux room was absolutely beautiful only downfall we were unavle to use the free WIFI as we were to far away.

On Tues, Mar 5, I called Primaluna and reserved 2 dorm beds at Primaluna (3 were available). The woman who answered the phone at Primaluna said to use WhatsApp or the contact form on the Primaluna website to send my credit card information, which I did right away using the Primaluna website. After I pressed submit, the Primaluna website said my message was received and they would contact me shortly. Today, when I called Primaluna to confirm, Primaluna had nothing for me. When I said their website must be broken, because it told me my message was received, all they could say was you should have used Whatsapp. Now we have to scramble to find a new place. Primaluna's customer service is as terrible as their website. Total garbage. Definitely stay somewhere else besides Primaluna if you don't want to be stuck without a bed. Perhaps the rest of Primaluna is garbage like their customer service and website. I'm sorry to have tried to stay here, but at least I might end up somewhere that has decent customer service...
