Palomino breeze hotel — Hotel in Dibulla

Potentially great place, but very badly managed. Front rooms facing the main strip were clean enough and functional with working fans but you will not get you any sleep because of the noise all night till the early hours of the morning. People, music, cars, scooters and doogs will do their best to keep you awake.||To add some more, the hostel has animals including chickens which freely roam the entire premises, wake you up at 5 in the morning and also sh....t all over the place which means that you will step on sh....t and take it in your room or car or simple step on it which is not pleasant not hygienic.||The pool also could be fine, but that is if it was cleaned daily or if the filter was switched on. The water was merkey and full of bugs. Not nice at all.||Breakfast was average at best, with very very little portions especially if you ask for something which you will also be charges for in the end, and make sure you don't arrive late as there will be nothing to eat, not a peace bread or one crumb left not even one peace of fruit, which hard to believe but then again they did have some milk which is left out so at room temperature (i.e. 30 degrees).||Last but not least, the misic. Weird taste and blasted out at all sorts of hours, and what I mean is 1980's englishslit my rist type of music!!! What happened to reggaeton?!?!?||||All in all, a shame of a place with lots of potential, but unfortunately very badly managed.||||PS - No WiFi in...

I was visiting this hostel with my family in january, this year. Unfortunately i had burned myself on a motorcycle earlier that week and the wound got infected. I asked the very nice and good english speaking girl from the reception if there was a pharmacy nearby, but she said that her mother was a doctor so she could help me. ||And wow, her mother was an angel and a superwoman at the same time. She knew exactly what to do with the wound and she kept helping me in the following days i was staying at the hostel. Just to make sure i was okay and that the wound was healing well. She did this all by only using natural products, never seen it before but it was amazing ! I Also want to thank her translated our conversations in spanish to his mother. ||We wanted to give something in return because the wound was looking incredibly good and we were leaving. But the family wouldn't accept our money, they just did it out of love. And i never expected that there were people left on this planet who were so nice and so caring and don't want anything in return.||||i want to thank the whole family for the caring and these lovely days and all the caring! Got a private room and it was clean, the location and staff were both good. The internet was awful but that’s the case in most of palomino. Had dinner and the food was ok at best, but the prices were 5 Star Cartagena prices. The sign upfront is very misleading, I ordered the “pargo“ but didn’t want it to be fry, so asked for it sautéed. When I received the bill, it cost 64% more because I didn’t want it fry and no mentioned of this was made when ordered.
