Excellent hotel which is absolutely deserving of 5/5. The ensuite bedroom was clean, light and comfortable. I paid $11.00 for a double room via a booking platform without AC but with a fan (AC is available within the rooms for extra), though the fan was more than satisfactory. The room consisted of said fan, a television, double bed, stool, table and clothes rail. A towel and soap was provided too. The water was cool, but you'll not want a warm shower as it is far too hot outside for that. There is free drinking water from a cooled filter and a common area to sit. Read moreI don't normally write reviews but I loved this hotel so much I decided to make a post. Javier and his family were incredibly kind. The rooms were super clean, and including A/C and satellite TV. The location is 5 minutes from the center of Jardin and about 10 minutes walk to the Brazil border. (Or super short tuk-tuk ride to either) I was able to leave my bags in the hotel when I went on a stay in the jungle for 3 days. The hotel is affordable enough for backpackers and nice enough for those on shorter trips who don't want to stay in hostels. I highly...
