This coffee shop has quickly become one of my go-to spots in Medellín, and for good reason. It consistently delivers on all the things that matter most to me when I’m looking for a place to work and unwind. The spacious layout is perfect, with plenty of seating options, making it easy to settle in for a productive session without feeling cramped or rushed. Whether you're looking for a cozy corner or a shared table, there's something for every type of work setup.
The coffee here is truly top-notch. You can tell they take pride in their brewing, with rich, bold flavors in every cup, whether you're sipping on a classic espresso or trying one of their more specialty brews. It’s the kind of coffee that keeps you coming back, and it never disappoints. And while coffee is the star, they also offer a small but well-curated selection of pastries and snacks that complement the drinks perfectly.
One of the biggest perks for me is the reliable, high-speed WiFi. It's rare to find a place with such strong connectivity, and it makes a huge difference when you're trying to get work done or have virtual meetings without any hiccups. Combine that with the chill ambiance, and it’s easy to see why I spend so much time here.
Overall, this spot strikes the perfect balance between being a great place to work and just a great place to hang out. I always leave feeling both productive and recharged. If you’re in Medellín and need a reliable café for work or leisure, this one is...
Read moreI rarely leave a bad review, I prefer not to write anything, but I really had such poor service, especially for Medellin or Colombia in general. I decided to try this coffee shop for the first time. As soon I arrived, the place was half empty, and an employee asked me if I reserved a table. I said no, and he assigned me a table. I asked if I could choose another table (half empty), and he told me no because, during the weekend, the employees decide on the table assignment ( it was on a Friday at 2pm, so not even on Saturday or Sunday). I went to sit at my table. I wasn't even accompanied to the table, having to look at the table number on the tables to see which one was mine. There was no QR code on the table, and none of the employees bothered to bring me a Menu. After several minutes I had to go to the counter and ask for a menu. After choosing my coffee, I thought someone would come to take my order, but no (I also wasn't told at my arrival that to order, I had to do it at the counter). The space itself is nice, the service was terrible, the coffee was... I mean, for Colombia, very, very average, to put it nicely, like you order a Tinto on the side road. Way better choices to drink a good coffee...
Read moreA chained coffee shop, I walked to my nearest branch in the Laureles area on a Sunday before noon.
It seems I was lucky to get a table as soon as I walked in as, when I left, there was quite a queue.
The decor of the place is nice and the coffee and breakfast dish I had was of a good quality and fairly priced.
My gripe with the place is the service and the logistics of this. I walked in, asked for a table and was seated. I waited about 10 minutes to grab a roaming waiter's attention to get a menu. Once I had a menu and was ready to order I waited again only to be told that I had to go and place my order. In fairness, it is written in print on the menu but when you see waiters walking about you assume they take orders as is traditional. When I ordered, they had the cheek to ask to add a service charge... For what?
I think it's a poor model they really need to revisit. Perhaps my experience was also worsened by being surrounded by little children a dogs... Colombians seem to love their dogs.
I'd recommend getting a coffee to go here or putting up with the weird service arrangement if your more patient than me or come at a...
